【正文】 I、 世 界 經(jīng) 濟 結(jié) 構(gòu) 不 斷 深 入 調(diào) 整 和 整 合 的 背 景 下 ， 我 國政 府 一 如 既 往 的 對 我 國 民 營 經(jīng) 濟 進 行 鼓 勵 、 支 持 和 引 導(dǎo) 。 改 革 開 放 以 來 ， 民 營 經(jīng) 濟 的 年平 均 增 長 速 度 在 30%以 上 ， 每 年 提 供 的 新 增 就 業(yè) 機 會 達 600 萬 個 。 民 營 經(jīng) 濟 逐 漸 成 為 我國 地 方 經(jīng) 濟 社 會 發(fā) 展 的 生 力 軍 ， 成 為 我 國 深 入 經(jīng) 濟 結(jié) 構(gòu) 調(diào) 整 的 主 要 力 量 。 由 此 可 見 ， 大力 發(fā) 展 民 營 企 業(yè) ， 是 促 進 我 國 國 民 經(jīng) 濟 快 速 穩(wěn) 定 增 長 、 實 現(xiàn) 人 民 生 活 水 平 提 高 的 有 效 途徑 。 但 是 ， 長 期 以 來 ， 有 很 多 因 素 阻 礙 著 民 營 企 業(yè) 的 發(fā) 展 ， 民 營 企 業(yè) 融 資 渠 道 的 狹 窄 ，內(nèi) 部 融 資 制 度 的 不 合 理 ， 政 府 和 金 融 機 構(gòu) 等 外 部 環(huán) 境 主 體 也 沒 有 為 民 營 企 業(yè) 營 造 一 個 有利 的 融 資 環(huán) 境 。 分 析 民 營 企 業(yè) 融 資 現(xiàn) 狀 ， 在 此 基 礎(chǔ) 上 提 出 一 些 解 決 問 題 的 建 議 和 對 策 。首 先 ， 對 選 題 背 景 ， 文 獻 資 料 進 行 分 析 和 研 究 。 其 次 ， 介 紹 民 營 企 業(yè) 的 由 來 和 發(fā) 展 ，民 營 企 業(yè) 在 我 國 經(jīng) 濟 中 的 地 位 ， 在 此 基 礎(chǔ) 上 從 內(nèi) 部 、 外 部 和 其 他 方 面 分 析 民 營 企 業(yè) 融 資難 的 原 因 和 障 礙 。 最 后 針 對 以 上 分 析 中 存 在 的 問 題 提 出 具 體 的 建 議 和 對 策 。 關(guān) 鍵 詞 ： 民 營 企 業(yè) ； 融 資 困 難 ； 融 資 環(huán) 境 ； 融 資 對 策IIAbstract In the world financial crisis clouds still not depart, and structure of the world economy further adjustment and integration background, our government, as always in private economy to encourage, support and guide.
