摘 要 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,對壓鑄件產(chǎn)品的安全性和造型美觀的要求不斷提高。根據(jù)使用的不同,對零件的質(zhì)量評價(jià)有所不同。如何生產(chǎn)出高質(zhì)量的零件,對節(jié)約材料、能源和提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益都有很大的意義。分析了燈罩這種形狀復(fù)雜、壁薄零件的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)。針對壓鑄中易形成裂紋、拉伸不足等缺陷的工藝特性,在根據(jù)理論分析的要求和數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用Sol idworks軟件進(jìn)行三維實(shí)體造型,并對未知的尺寸進(jìn)行規(guī)定。然后利用這個(gè)三維實(shí)體計(jì)算零件的質(zhì)量,在Solidworks軟件中根據(jù)零件的質(zhì)量來設(shè)計(jì)出的預(yù)定厚度的圓形坯料板材直徑。根據(jù)所得的直徑來確定原始坯料的一些尺寸,為后續(xù)的設(shè)計(jì)和研究提供一定的依據(jù)。同時(shí)利用Solidworks軟件或其它三維軟件對沖壓模型可行性進(jìn)行分析和設(shè)計(jì),利用軟件進(jìn)行燈罩成型模的相關(guān)模具設(shè)計(jì)。通過運(yùn)用Solidworks軟件,同時(shí)結(jié)合逆向造型的方法來設(shè)計(jì)相對應(yīng)的模具,為了實(shí)現(xiàn)零件的成型,本人利用Solidworks軟件設(shè)計(jì)四副模具,分別設(shè)計(jì)落料模、液壓模、翻邊模和卷邊模,使原材坯料經(jīng)過以上四副模具的加工來得到所要求的零件。研究成果是得到四副模具三維模型和相對應(yīng)的二維CAD圖尺寸圖。結(jié)論是得到所設(shè)計(jì)的零件的四副模具的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),如果在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中,可能運(yùn)用的話,再添加其它相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù),可以成批生產(chǎn)。最后,對本次的模具設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行總結(jié)。關(guān)鍵詞:落料; 液壓; 翻邊; 卷邊Abstract With the development of science and technology, Diecasting products for safety and aesthetic shapes rising.
