【正文】 黨校研究生論文：村委會(huì)選舉活動(dòng)的問題與對(duì)策新時(shí)期村委會(huì)選舉活動(dòng)中存在問題與對(duì)策——以酉陽縣腴地鄉(xiāng)村委會(huì)選舉為例提要：村委會(huì)選舉工作是實(shí)現(xiàn)村民自治管管理的重要環(huán)節(jié)，是廣大村民實(shí)現(xiàn)當(dāng)家作主的重要途徑，也是發(fā)揚(yáng)社會(huì)主義民主的具體體現(xiàn)。本文以酉陽縣腴地鄉(xiāng)村委會(huì)選舉活動(dòng)中出現(xiàn)的問題為視角，深刻剖析問題原因，并提出解決問題的策略。當(dāng)前，農(nóng)村選舉中普遍存在黨政權(quán)力的干擾、賄選與暗箱操作、宗族勢(shì)力與經(jīng)濟(jì)大家族的影響選舉公正性、部分選民資格模糊、候選人資格控制不科學(xué)等問題，主要是由于村民缺乏民主法制意識(shí)、選舉法規(guī)制度不健全、基層腐敗造成的，需要加強(qiáng)對(duì)選舉工作的管理，采取以下對(duì)策：一、加強(qiáng)教育，提高村民民主法治意識(shí)、維權(quán)意識(shí)、監(jiān)督與參與意識(shí)以及依法行使選舉權(quán)意識(shí)，為建設(shè)陽光選舉，消除宗族勢(shì)力的影響、國家公權(quán)的干擾奠定群眾基礎(chǔ)；二、科學(xué)定位，明確黨政與村委會(huì)選舉工作關(guān)系，維護(hù)村民選舉的民主性、自主性與公平性；三、規(guī)范民主選舉程序，完善民主選舉制度，健全候選人信息公開制，避免暗箱操作；四、創(chuàng)立村委會(huì)選舉監(jiān)督委員會(huì)，強(qiáng)化監(jiān)督，建立內(nèi)外融合的選舉監(jiān)督機(jī)制；五、健全選舉法制體系，打擊賂選等違法活動(dòng)。 關(guān)鍵詞：委會(huì)，選舉，問題，對(duì)策，民主Abstract : The village mittee election is to achieve the villager autonomy management important link, is the majority of the villagers realize the important way to be in power, but also the embodiment of socialist democracy.
