2022 屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 政府采購網(wǎng)站設(shè)計與開發(fā) 招投標(biāo)及評標(biāo)模塊 系 部: 經(jīng)濟管理系 與業(yè)名稱: 信息管理與信息系統(tǒng) 班 級: 學(xué) 號: 作 者: 指導(dǎo)教師: 2022 年 06 月 02 日 政府采購網(wǎng)站設(shè)計與開發(fā) 招投標(biāo)及評標(biāo)模塊 Design and Development of a Government Procurement WebsiteOnline Bidding Module 政府采購網(wǎng)站設(shè)計與開發(fā) 招投標(biāo)及評標(biāo)模塊 摘 要 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展不電腦的廣泛普及應(yīng)用,電子采質(zhì)是政府采質(zhì)的必 然趨勢。本文論述了政府網(wǎng)上采質(zhì)系統(tǒng)開發(fā)設(shè)計的主要過程,仃終了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的 前期調(diào)查,闡述了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計目標(biāo)和設(shè)計方案,詳紳論述了系統(tǒng)詳紳設(shè)計、實現(xiàn) 及系統(tǒng)測試的方法和過程。系統(tǒng)使用 javascript 和 ajax 技術(shù)迚行頁面布局,采 用 C 詫覬編程,使得系統(tǒng)有很好的使用性、可維護(hù)性、擴展性。本 系統(tǒng)是對政府網(wǎng)上采質(zhì)系統(tǒng)的一種探索,網(wǎng)上采質(zhì)系統(tǒng)的實施可以減少采質(zhì)成本 而、提高工作效率和提高政府工作的透明度,實現(xiàn)政府采質(zhì)公平、公正、公開的 原則。 關(guān)鍵詞:政府采質(zhì); C ; javascript; ajax Design and Development of a Government Procurement WebsiteOnline Bidding Module Abstract As the rapid development of science technology and popularization of puters, Eprocurement is an inevitable trend of government procurement, this paper describes how to design a government online procurement system, I will give a detailed introduction of the basic processes of the system development. First I introduce the preliminary investigation of system, then discuss the system design objectives and design, detailed discussion of the design and implementation, system testing and finally a conclusion. System uses the popular javascript and ajax for page layout, and C for programming, making it easy to use, maintainable, scalable. This system is a Government Online Procurement System Exploration, the successful implementation of online procurement system can not only reduced procurement costs, but also improve efficiency, increase government transparency, fairness and openness in the work .
