【正文】 西安航空職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文 西安航空職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì)(論 文) 論文題目: 船體殼板對(duì)接焊縫的超聲檢測(cè) 所屬學(xué)院: 航空材料工程學(xué)院 指導(dǎo)老師: 職 稱: 講師 學(xué)生姓名: 班級(jí)、學(xué)號(hào) : 專 業(yè): 檢測(cè)技術(shù)及應(yīng)用 西安航空職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院制 2022 年 12 月 31 日 西安航空職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文 船體殼板對(duì)接焊縫的 超聲檢測(cè) 【摘要】 焊接結(jié)構(gòu)的生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量是很重要的。在焊接結(jié)構(gòu)的生產(chǎn)中 ,焊接接頭的質(zhì)量好壞將直接影響產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的安全使用。當(dāng)船體殼板的對(duì)接焊縫存在嚴(yán)重缺陷時(shí) ,它必然經(jīng)受不了大風(fēng)大浪的沖擊 ,很有可能造成斷裂 ,嚴(yán)重時(shí)甚至?xí)l(fā)生沉船事。因此確保船體殼板對(duì)接焊縫的質(zhì)量是至關(guān)重要的。 本論文主要 闡述了 X型焊縫的超聲波檢測(cè),介紹了 X型焊縫檢測(cè)時(shí)常用的檢測(cè)方法,以及焊縫中常見(jiàn)的缺陷, 對(duì)斜探頭 K值選擇做了分析,分析了 X型焊縫的檢測(cè)步驟和檢測(cè)過(guò)程中應(yīng)該注意的細(xì)節(jié)。 介紹了超聲波檢測(cè)技術(shù)的原理及優(yōu)缺點(diǎn), 依據(jù) GB113452022標(biāo) 準(zhǔn)編制工藝卡, 采用 橫波探傷法對(duì) 船體殼板 對(duì)接焊縫進(jìn)行了超聲檢測(cè),并對(duì)零件進(jìn)行了質(zhì)量評(píng)定。在焊縫中心線上側(cè) 1mm 處,發(fā)現(xiàn)一當(dāng)量大小為 SL+3dB 的線狀的缺陷,評(píng)定為Ⅱ級(jí);及焊縫中心線下側(cè) 2mm處,發(fā)現(xiàn)一當(dāng)量大小為 SL+6dB 的現(xiàn)狀缺陷,評(píng)定為Ⅰ級(jí)。要求驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為Ⅱ級(jí),因此該焊縫合格。 關(guān)鍵詞: 超聲檢測(cè);橫波;距離 — 波幅曲線;缺陷評(píng)定 西安航空職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文 Abstract Welding structure of the production quality is very important. In the production of welded structure, welding joint quality will directly affect the safety of the product structure is used. When hull shell butt weld when there are serious defects, it inevitably by can not stand the impact of wind waves, is likely to cause fracture, serious when even sinking would happen. So to ensure the quality of hull shell butt weld is crucial. This thesis mainly expounds the X type of weld ultrasonic testing, this paper introduces the X type weld detection often used detection methods, as well as the mon defects in welds, gave an analysis of the Angle probe K value selection, analysis of the X type weld inspection steps and process should pay attention to details. This paper introduces the principle of ultrasonic detection technology and the advantages and disadvantages, the process card according to standard JB/, the shear wave detection method is adopted for hull shell butt weld ultrasonic testing, and quality evaluation for parts. Found in weld center line to 1 mm, upper one the size of SL + 3 db equivalent linear defects, evaluation for Ⅱ level。 2 mm and the weld center line side, find an equivalent size for the current situation of the SL + 6 db defects, evaluation for Ⅰ level.
