學(xué) 號 02610217 畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 濟南市星河飯店給水排水設(shè)計 學(xué)生姓名 專業(yè)名稱 給水排水工程 指導(dǎo)教師 環(huán) 境 與 市 政 工 程 系 2022 年 6 月 4 日 濟南市星河飯店給水排水設(shè)計 摘 要 本設(shè)計為濟南市一幢 20 層的綜合樓,建筑總高度為 。 地上 20 層,地下 1 層 。地下一層為設(shè)備層,地上 1~3 層為底商, 4~17 層為賓館客房, 18~20層為公寓式辦公室。 本設(shè)計包括:給水系統(tǒng)、排水系統(tǒng)、熱水系統(tǒng)、消火栓給水系統(tǒng)、自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng)。 給 水系統(tǒng):本建筑 采用分區(qū)給水方式。因 地下室無用水器具,故不對其供水。1~3層為低區(qū),由市政管網(wǎng)直接供水,選擇下行上給式; 4~12層為中區(qū),由中區(qū)變頻調(diào)速泵供水,下行上給式; 13~20層為高區(qū),由高區(qū)水泵和屋頂水箱聯(lián)合供水,采用上行下給式。 排水系統(tǒng): 4~20 層的室內(nèi)排水采用污、廢分流排水體制,并采用直接伸頂通氣和三立管排水系統(tǒng)的管道布置型式。 1~3層為污廢水合流,單獨排至室外排水系統(tǒng)的布置方式。 熱水系統(tǒng):采用集中熱水供應(yīng)系統(tǒng),分區(qū)范圍基本與給水系統(tǒng)保持一致,中區(qū)為 4~12層,高區(qū)為 13~20層。由于 1~3層 的用水器具較少,故不對其集中供應(yīng)熱水。各區(qū)熱水循環(huán)管網(wǎng)自成系統(tǒng),采用容積式水加熱器,并集中設(shè)置在建筑物的地下室設(shè)備層,干管循環(huán)方式,循環(huán)泵機械強制循環(huán)。 消火栓給水系統(tǒng):本建筑 為高度超過 50 米的綜合樓 ,屬于一類高層建筑。室內(nèi)消火栓給水系統(tǒng)與生活給水系統(tǒng)分開設(shè)置。消火栓給水系統(tǒng)采用不分區(qū)的供水方式。整個系統(tǒng)布置成環(huán)狀,并設(shè)有 3套水泵接合器。 自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng):本建筑危險等級屬中危險一級。采用濕式自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng),由地下室的噴淋水泵和屋頂消防水箱供水。系統(tǒng)設(shè)有 3套報警閥組, 2套水泵接合器。報警閥組前供水管道采用 環(huán)狀布置,報警閥組后各層供水分干管起端設(shè) 1個水流指示器。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 給水系統(tǒng);排水系統(tǒng);熱水系統(tǒng);消火栓給水系統(tǒng);自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng) Water Supply and Drainage Engineering Design of Xinghe Hotel in Jinan ABSTRACT This design is for a 20 floors integrative building in Jinan with a total height of in which 20 floors is above the ground and one is basement. The basement is used for equipment with a height of in which from the first floor to the third floor is shopping malls, 4th to17th floors is hotel rooms of meters heights。 18th to 20th floors is used for apartmentstyle office. This design includes the water supply system design, the drainage system design, the hotwater system design, the hydrant water supply system design and the sprinkler system design. Water supply systems: the water supply model of this building is zoned water supply. There is no water apparatus in basement where do not need water supply. In this building, 1st~3rd floor is lower zone, which is downfeed mode directly supplied by the municipal water supply work。 4th~12th floor is the central zone which is downfeed mode supplied by frequency conversion governor pump。 13th~20th floor is high zone which is uplink and down watersupply mode supplied by water pumps and roof tanks. Drainage system: the drainage system of 4th20th floor is separate mode for feces wastewater and other wastewater, including three standpipes and stack vent. The drainage system of 1st3rd floor is bined system which is drained to the outside drainage system. Hot water system: This building uses a centralized hotwater supply system which consistent with water supply systems. 4th12th floor is central zone and 13th20th floor is high zone. As the points of distribution in 1st3rd floor are less, there is not a hot water supply system there. Hotwater system in each zone is independent, using volume mode water heaters and concentrated layer equipment installed in the basement of the building, in which the main pipe cycle use pump to circling. Hydrant water supply systems: The building height is over 50 meters which is the first class of highrise buildings, in which indoor hydrant system is separated from domestic water supply system. The hydrant water supply system hasn’t been zoned. The entire system is a circle mode with 3 sets of water pump adapters. Sprinkler system: Since the risk level of the building is first class dangerous level, the sprinkler system is wet auto sprinkler system which is supplied from the pumps in basement and roof water tanks. There are 3 sets of alarm valve group and 2 sets of pump adapters. Behind the alarm valve group, there is a water flow indicator at the initial section of water supply submain pipe.
