[工學]基于plc智能建筑停車場監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研究與實現(xiàn)(已修改)

【正文】 河南城建學院本科畢業(yè)設計(論文) 摘要I摘要智能建筑將是信息社會最重要的基礎設施之一。停車場管理控制系統(tǒng)則是現(xiàn)代建筑中不可或缺的一部分。本文在對停車場管理及控制系統(tǒng)基本功能研究的基礎上改進其系統(tǒng)構成及控制流程,應用 PLC 作為現(xiàn)場控制器,對現(xiàn)場設備進行信號采集與控制。并利用監(jiān)視 PC 機、組態(tài)軟件、PLC 共同構建對停車場車位狀態(tài)的監(jiān)控體系。主要工作有:1.研究了停車場及其控制系統(tǒng)在智能建筑中的作用及其自身管理模式的發(fā)展、變化。2.對典型停車場的管理及控制功能需求進行分析與研究,在此基礎上提出分區(qū)管理模式并模塊化設計管理流程。3.根據(jù)管理及控制功能需求,充分研究了相關系統(tǒng)組件的工作原理及性能指標,據(jù)此進行系統(tǒng)功能設計及硬件選型。4.在選用 PLC 作為現(xiàn)場控制器的基礎上,研究了 PLC 網(wǎng)絡的構成技術及其網(wǎng)絡通信協(xié)議,采用 ASI 現(xiàn)場總線技術構建現(xiàn)場設備的信號采集與傳輸系統(tǒng);選用自由口通信模式,在充分調(diào)研系統(tǒng)信息通訊需求基礎上提煉通訊信息,自定義 PLC 與 PC 機的通信協(xié)議。5.研究了組態(tài)軟件在控制系統(tǒng)中的應用并采用組態(tài)軟件構建車位監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。6.根據(jù)控制需求對 PLC 控制器的編程相關軟硬件進行組態(tài),并完成 PLC 控制程序的設計。7.改進停車場車路控制系統(tǒng)功能并完成控制程序設計。關鍵詞:智能建筑,停車場,監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),PLC,組態(tài)軟件河南城建學院本科畢業(yè)設計(論文) 摘要IIABSTRACTIntelligent buildings will be one of the most important infrastructures in information society,and the management and control system is an indispensable part for parking lots in intelligent buildings. Based on the research of basic function of management and control system applied to parking lots,this paper improves the construction of control system and flow sequence,utilizing PLC as the field controller to collect signals and control equipments. Finally,monitor and control system consisted of PC monitor,configuration software and PLC are used to monitor the state of parking space in parking lots. Major work of this thesis includes:1. Studies on the function of parking lots and its control systems as well as the developments and changes in intelligent buildings. on analyzing of the management and control function requirements for a typical parking lot,we put forward zoning management and modularize the management of design workflow. basis of the requirements of management and control function,operating principles and performance indices of related system ponents,we designed the system function and chose the hardware. use of PLC as the field controller,we studied the constitute technique and munication protocol about the PLC work,utilizing the ASI field bus technology to construct the signal collection and transmission system for field equipments。 sufficient study on the system information transmission has been done to expurgate munication information. Then,free port transmission mode is selected and selfdefined munication protocol between PLC and PC is applied.5.
