【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) (論文 ) 題 目 企業(yè)日常事務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn) 學(xué)生姓名 國(guó)麗雅 專業(yè)班級(jí) 交通 +軟件 所在院系 交通運(yùn)輸工程學(xué)院 指導(dǎo)教師 王 姣 職 稱 副教授 所在單位 大連交通大學(xué)軟件學(xué)院 教研室主任 鄭廣海 完成日期 年 月 日 摘 要 本論文針對(duì) 當(dāng)今社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì) 的高速發(fā)展中 企業(yè)日常 事務(wù)管理方面 仍然存在著 辦公效率低、 員工內(nèi)部交流方式不能滿足大量信息的快遞傳遞和處理 ，以及工作不能規(guī)范化的問(wèn)題， 為此 構(gòu)造 此 系統(tǒng)模型。本系統(tǒng)采用微軟的 Windows XP Professional 開始進(jìn)行 系統(tǒng)開發(fā) ， 以 JSP 技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)， MySQL 為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)， MyEclispe 為開發(fā)工具， 最終開發(fā)出能夠基本滿足企業(yè)日常事務(wù) 處理 的管理 系統(tǒng)。 通過(guò)該 管理 系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)與應(yīng)用， 可以滿足企業(yè)的辦公網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、自動(dòng)化的需求。本次設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)的企業(yè)日常事務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)由 六個(gè)基本模塊組成，分別為： 通訊錄管理、日程安排管理、 工作日志管 理、短消息管理、公告管理以及會(huì)議管理功能模塊 。 該系統(tǒng)體現(xiàn)了當(dāng)前管理信息系統(tǒng)比較先進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)水平和實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)， 對(duì)其它 管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)具有 一定的 借鑒意義。 它的投入運(yùn)行必將提高企業(yè)日常 事務(wù)管理的效率 ， 為企業(yè)帶來(lái) 便利從而獲得更為 豐厚的利潤(rùn)。 這篇論文 按照軟件工程的思想， 主要內(nèi)容包括系統(tǒng)概述、系統(tǒng)需求分析、 系 統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)以及 系統(tǒng)測(cè)試六個(gè)方面，詳細(xì)地闡述了 企業(yè)日程事務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)的 全過(guò)程。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 企業(yè)日常事務(wù) ， JSP， MySQL, MyEclispe ABSTRACT This thesis focuses on the problems that in the rapid development of today39。s social and economic management of daily affairs in the enterprise, there are still low efficiency of office staff and the internal munication mode can not meet the delivery of information transmission and processing, and the work can not be standard. So that we construct this system system uses Microsoft39。s Windows XP Professional systems to start the system39。s development, and based on the JSP technology, MySQL as the backend database, MyEclispe as the development of tools. So that we can eventually developed the enterprise system that may basically meet the need of Enterprises39。 daily Services the Implementation and Application of the management System， we can meet the corporate39。s office work and automation39。s needs. The Enterprises39。 daily Services management system that we designed and implemented consists of six basic modules, these are: address list management module, schedule management module, worklog management module, short message management module, notice management module and meeting management system reflects the current management system39。s high level of design and advanced implementation techniques. And the system has some reference for the other management systems39。s design and development. It will improve the operational efficiency of enterprises39。s daily management, in order to provide the easy working and so thar the enterprises can gain more profits. According to software engineering, this thesis mainly includes six areas, these are: the system overview, system requirements39。 analysis, system design, database design, system details39。 design and implementation, and system testing. It has a detailed description of process that the Enterprises39。 daily Services management system designed and implemented.
