大連海事大學畢業(yè)論文二0一0 年 9 月“中泰8”輪發(fā)電柴油機簡介及機油低壓故障分析專業(yè)班級: 姓 名: 指導教師: 輪機工程學院內容摘要摘要:正常的機油壓力是保證發(fā)動機各摩擦件之間得以充分良好潤滑的前提和必要條件。當機油壓力忽高忽低,甚至突然降為零時,說明機內有問題,應立即熄火檢查,待故障排除后方可進行重新啟動?!爸刑?”輪的發(fā)電柴油機為TBD604BL6型柴油機,其機油壓力在某段時間出現(xiàn)突然跌落,更嚴重的時候還出現(xiàn)壓力喪失,不得不停車檢查。本文主要對本輪的發(fā)電柴油機做了簡單介紹,并對機油壓力下降的典型原因作了初步的分析。希望我們能在日常的工作中多注意設備的每一個現(xiàn)象、認真的分析,以盡量減少故障的發(fā)生。關鍵詞:發(fā)電柴油機 機油 壓力 ABSTRACT:Normal oil pressure is guarantee engine friction between the fully good lubrication prerequisite. When oil pressure extremes, even down to zero, this means machines have internal problems. So we should cut there machine immediately for troubleshooting, only after remove the trouble can restart. The electricity diesel engine of ZhongTai 8 is TBD604BL6 diesel engine. its oil pressure in a given period of time appear suddenly fell, more serious, the pressure has lost lead to stop and check at once. In this paper the electricity diesel generator was introduced in brief, and the typical of oil pressure drop for a preliminary analysis.
