【正文】 西南科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)論文 I 工程機(jī)柴油機(jī)連桿工藝及其夾具設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 : 連桿是柴油機(jī)的主要傳動(dòng)構(gòu)件之一,其作用是把活塞和曲軸聯(lián)接起來,使活塞的往復(fù)直線運(yùn)動(dòng)變?yōu)榍S的回轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng),以輸出動(dòng)力。因此,連桿工作的穩(wěn)定性、可靠性對(duì)柴油機(jī)的整機(jī)質(zhì)量至關(guān)重要,質(zhì)量輕、精度高的連桿,有助于降低柴油機(jī)的能耗和噪聲。 柴油機(jī)連桿的加工工藝是影響柴油機(jī)連桿機(jī)械性能的重要因素,本文重要對(duì)柴油機(jī)連桿的加工工藝和夾具進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞 :連桿; 加工工藝; 定位基準(zhǔn); 夾具設(shè)計(jì) 西南科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)論文 II Engineering Machine Diesel Engine connecting rod and fixture design process Abstract: The diesel engine connecting rod is one of the main drive ponents, its role is to link up the piston and the crankshaft, the piston of the reciprocating linear motion into rotary crankshaft motion, to output power.
