【正文】 畢業(yè)論文 病人心理護理的 研究 摘要 心理護理的任務(wù)就是在病人的心理活動規(guī)律和反應(yīng) 特點 ，并針對病人的心理活動，采用一系列良好的心理護理措施，去影響患者的感受和認識，改變患者的 心理狀態(tài)和 行為 ，幫助患者適應(yīng)新的人際關(guān)系以及醫(yī)療環(huán)境，盡可能為患者創(chuàng)造有益于治療和 康復 的最佳心理環(huán)狀態(tài)、使其早日恢復健康。 心理護理作為現(xiàn)代護理模式的重要組成，應(yīng)貫徹臨床護理全過程，遍及護理實：踐的每一個角落。做好心理護理，掌握、提高交 流技巧，做好 心理疏導 ,解除病人對疾病的緊張、焦慮、悲觀、抑郁等情緒，增強戰(zhàn)勝疾病的信心 ,正確及時的健康教育，使病人盡早適應(yīng)新的角色及住院環(huán)境 ,幫助病人建立新的人際關(guān)系，特別是醫(yī)－患關(guān)系，以適應(yīng)新的社會環(huán)境。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：心理護理 醫(yī)患關(guān)系 最佳心理 Abstract Psychological nursing task is in the law of psychological activities and reactioncharacteristics of patients, and according to the patient39。s psychological activity,using a series of good psychological nursing measures, to influence thefeeling and understanding of patients, changes in the patient39。s psychology and behavior, help the patients to adapt the new interpersonal relationship and medica environment l, as much as possible to create benefit treatment and rehabilitation of the best psychological ring state, which will soon be restored to health for patients. Psychological nursing as an important ponent of modern nursing mode,should carry out the whole process of clinical nursing, nursing practice:throughout every corner of practice. Psychological nursing, master, improvemunication skills, psychological counseling, remove the patient of diseaseof nervous, anxiety, pessimism, depression and other emotions, enhance the confidence to overe the disease, correct and timely health education,make the patient to adapt to new roles and hospital environment, help the patient to build new relationships, especially in medicine patient relationship,in order to adapt to the new social environment.
