【正文】 1 重污染行業(yè)上市公司環(huán)境治理信息披露研究 【摘 要】 隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展，城市工業(yè)水平的不斷提高，環(huán)境污染問題也越來越嚴重，雖然大面積的植樹造林和綠化工作有了一定的成效，但是卻遠不及環(huán)境污染的速度，差之千里。而且，環(huán)境污染事故時有發(fā)生，比如霧霾、酸雨、水源污染中毒等。雖然企業(yè)工業(yè)化發(fā)展為社會人民創(chuàng)造了財富，但同時它也是環(huán)境污染的罪魁禍首。所以，企業(yè)應(yīng)對環(huán)境污染問題負責，強化企業(yè)環(huán)境治理保護意識，加強企業(yè)環(huán)境治理信息披露，以避免環(huán)境事故的再次發(fā)生。 環(huán)境治理信息披露在我國還沒有一套完善的制度體系，大部 分企業(yè)都是根據(jù)國際的一貫方法和措施來進行摸索。而作為市場體系的重點，有關(guān)上市公司環(huán)境治理信息的披露已成為企業(yè)環(huán)境治理的代表，受到了全國乃至全世界各界的關(guān)注，從它們的環(huán)境治理信息的披露可以看出一個國家企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展狀況和社會經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展程度。只是從目前我國的現(xiàn)狀來看，在環(huán)境治理信息的披露上，我國的上市公司還有很多的問題并沒有得到有效的解決，比如信息披露不全面、沒有統(tǒng)一的模式等等。所以對環(huán)境治理信息披露的深入研究，在環(huán)境問題上能夠做到更好，為經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展做出貢獻。 因此，從重污染行業(yè)上市公司的環(huán)境治理信息 披露深入研究更具有代表性，本文根據(jù)重污染行業(yè)上市公司的環(huán)境治理信息披露的現(xiàn)狀，結(jié)合相關(guān)理論概念，利用文獻分析法來對重污染行業(yè)上市公司的環(huán)境治理信息披露所存在的問題進行深入的研究和探討，并提出一些合理的建議和策略。 【關(guān)鍵詞】 重污染行業(yè) 環(huán)境治理信息披露 上市公司 2 The environmental governance of listed pany information disclosure of heavy pollution industry research 【 Abstract】 With the continuous development of our social economy, urban industrial level unceasing enhancement, the problem of environmental pollution is being more and more serious, although a large area of afforestation and greening has a certain effect, but far less than the speed of the pollution of the environment, good as a mile. Moreover, environmental pollution accidents occur frequently, such as smog, acid rain, water pollution poisoning, etc. Although enterprise industrialization people create wealth for the society, but it is also the chief culprit of environmental pollution. So, the enterprise is responsible for environmental pollution, strengthen environmental protection consciousness, strengthen enterprise environmental information disclosure, to avoid environmental accidents from happening again. Environmental information disclosure in our country also does not have a perfect system, most enterprises are based on international consistent methods and measures to grope. As the focus of the market system, the relevant environmental information disclosure of listed panies has bee the representative of the enterprise environment management, got the attention of the nation and the world from all walks of life, can be seen from their environmental information disclosure of a country the healthy development of the enterprise status and the degree of social and economic sustainable development. Just from the point of the current situation of our country, on the environmental information disclosure, the listed pany of our country still has a lot of problem has not been effective to solve, such as information disclosure is not prehensive, there is no unified mode and so on.
