【正文】 中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 1 畢 業(yè) 論 文 論文題目 玉米不育突變體生殖器官 蛋白質(zhì) SDSPAGE 初步 分析 學(xué) 院 農(nóng)學(xué)與生物技術(shù)學(xué)院 專業(yè)年級(jí) 植物遺傳育種 042 班 姓名學(xué)號(hào) 李進(jìn)偉 040108905 指導(dǎo)教師 康定明 職 稱 教授 （ 2022 年 06 月） 中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)教務(wù)處制 中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 2 摘 要 細(xì)胞質(zhì) 雄性不育在雜種優(yōu)勢(shì)利用中起著重要作用 ,從蛋白質(zhì)水平 探討 細(xì)胞質(zhì) 雄性不育發(fā)生的機(jī)理具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。 本實(shí)驗(yàn) 計(jì)劃 用差異蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)的方法研究一個(gè)新發(fā)現(xiàn)的玉米 細(xì)胞質(zhì)雄性不育 材料 CMSP及其對(duì)應(yīng) 保持系 生殖 器官蛋白質(zhì)組 學(xué)的差異，以期在蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)水平上找到這個(gè)新型玉米細(xì)胞質(zhì)雄性不育突變體在性器官發(fā)育上引起不育的蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)差異 。 論文 對(duì)其不育系 和保持系 生殖 器官等組織 分別進(jìn)行蛋 白質(zhì) SDSPAGE 電泳 初步 分析， 初步嘗試確定玉米雄性 不育系 和保持系 之間體內(nèi)蛋白質(zhì) 表達(dá)的種類和 數(shù)量差異。 結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn) 兩系 生殖 器官組織 間存在較多差異表達(dá)蛋白 帶 ,種子間僅有少量差異表達(dá)蛋白 帶 ,而苗期葉片間基本沒(méi)有差異表達(dá)蛋白 帶 ,說(shuō)明 影響育性發(fā)育的相關(guān)蛋白 表達(dá)具有時(shí)空性和器官特異性 ,與育性有關(guān)的蛋白主要在生殖器官 中表達(dá)。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 玉米 ， 細(xì)胞質(zhì)雄性不育 ， CMSP， 差異蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué) 中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 3 Abstract Male Sterile Cytoplasm plays an important role in the production of hybrid seeds .The knowledge of the mechanism of the CMS from protein is essential to hybrid seed production. Using the method of the differential proteomics, the experiment studies the proteomics of the reproductive ans of the CMSP and its maintainer line， in order to find the proteomics differences that induced male sterile on sexual ans development of this CMSP. By SDSPAGE, analyzing on the reproductive ans and other tissues of the sterile line and the maintainer line, the experiment determines differences of the proteins expressed species and quantity between these . It was indicated that the expression of the male sterile genes was spatial and periodical, and the reproductive ans were the major an in which the proteins related to the male sterility were expressed.
