【正文】 氫化物原子熒光光譜法同時測定生鮮乳中的砷和汞 摘要 : 目的 :運用氫化物原子熒光光譜法以及微波消解技術(shù)測定生鮮乳中的砷和汞。 方法 : 設(shè)定了詳細(xì)的微波消解步驟,成功的完成了生鮮乳中砷和汞的測定。樣品為農(nóng)業(yè)部奶及奶制品中心的生鮮乳,使用硝酸和過氧化氫消解樣品,達(dá)到了良好的消解效果。在酸性環(huán)境下,砷、汞可以反應(yīng)成氫化物,且能同時測定。 結(jié)果 : 加標(biāo)回收率為 90%103%。 結(jié)論 : 此方法具有高度的靈敏性,操作簡便快速,測定結(jié)果精確可靠,檢測結(jié)果和國家規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相統(tǒng)一。 關(guān)鍵詞: 原子熒光法;微波消解;生鮮乳;砷;汞 Microwave digestionhydride generation atomic fluorescence determination of arsenic and mercury in fresh milk Abstract: Objective: Using microwave digestion and atomic fluorescence spertrometry techniques to determine arsenic and mercury in the fresh milk .
