【正文】 1 析我國(guó)融資租賃業(yè)的發(fā)展問題及對(duì)策 摘 要 由于市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)在 社會(huì)主義 國(guó)家領(lǐng)域獲得了進(jìn)一步 的 擴(kuò)展 ，我國(guó)的融資租賃業(yè)也得到了某種程度的發(fā)展，相關(guān)的行業(yè)服務(wù)體系也逐漸趨于完善。然而由于社會(huì)的認(rèn)可度不夠、企業(yè)管理方式不成熟以及相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)過于苛刻等問題，融資租賃業(yè)在我國(guó)尚處在起步階段，還有很多方面需要向發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家學(xué)習(xí)。本文就融資租賃業(yè)在我國(guó)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要闡述， 對(duì)于其中問題及緣由予以針對(duì)性的探究，在此基礎(chǔ)上給出政策方面的一些意見。 關(guān)鍵詞：融資租賃業(yè)； 融資服務(wù)；融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn) 2 Analysis on the development problems of China’s financial leasing industry and its countermeasures Abstract With the continuous development of the socialist market economy, China39。s financial leasing industry has also been a certain degree of development, service system is being more and more perfect. However due to the lack of social recognition, enterprise management mode of immature and relevant laws and regulations are too harsh and so on, financial leasing industry in our country is still in the initial stage, there are many aspects need to learn from the developed countries. This paper briefly describes the development of financial leasing industry in China, analyses the existing problems and causes specifically and puts forward the corresponding policy remendations.
