Baosteel Branch Steel Tube Plant intends to build a premium joint oil casing and tubing line with an annual output of 60,000t dedicated to the production of premium joint oil casinga and tubing. 由一條管體生產(chǎn)線和多臺管接箍車絲機(jī)組成。計(jì)劃于 2021 年 8 月建成投運(yùn)。 It consists of a tubing production line and many coupling threading machines and is scheduled to put into operation in Aug. 2021. 為實(shí)現(xiàn)對所生產(chǎn)的管料進(jìn)行在 線自動混鋼分選，擬在該生產(chǎn)線設(shè)置自動光譜分鋼儀一套，以實(shí)現(xiàn) 100%在線自動混鋼分選。 In order to realize online automatic mixed steel analysis for the tubing material produced, a set of automatic spectroscopic analysis device is to be installed on the line to realize 100% online automatic mixed steel analysis. 本次招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目的招標(biāo)內(nèi)容為：管體生產(chǎn)線的光譜分鋼儀和相應(yīng)的輔助機(jī)械以及配套的潤滑、氣動、電氣控制系統(tǒng)等，共 1 套，以滿足 6 萬噸特殊螺紋油套管的分鋼要求。 The tendering content of the project is: the spectroscopic analysis device for tubing production line and corresponding auxiliary mechanical and matching lubrication, pneumatic and electrical control system, etc., totally 1 set, to satisfy the steel separating requirements for 60,000t of premium joint oil casing and tubing. 本次招標(biāo)的光譜分鋼儀， 以 國際 公開招標(biāo) 方 式采購。 The bidding spectroscopic analysis device will be purchased through international petitive bidding. 投標(biāo)設(shè)備應(yīng)采用國際上成熟可靠的先進(jìn)工藝和設(shè)備，其產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)成本、各項(xiàng)消耗指標(biāo)和勞動生產(chǎn)率等均應(yīng)達(dá)到國際先進(jìn)水平。 The bidding equipment shall adopt the internationally proven and reliable stateoftheart process and equipment, the product 2 quality, production cost, various consumption indices and productivity of which shall all reach the international leading level. 投標(biāo) 人 除了應(yīng)具有設(shè)計(jì)、制造本標(biāo)書所規(guī)定設(shè)備的資格和能力，對設(shè)備的加工能力、質(zhì)量、使用性能、供貨的完整性、安裝指導(dǎo)及調(diào)試負(fù)責(zé)外，任何在 光譜分鋼儀 上的有益改進(jìn)，并且經(jīng)實(shí)踐證明是實(shí)用的 、 有效的，將有利于中標(biāo)。 The bidder shall have the qualification and capability to design and manufacture the equipment specified in the bidding document, and be responsible for the processing capacity, quality, performance, supply pleteness, installation instruction and missioning of the equipment.
