Tianjin University of Technology and Education 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 專(zhuān) 業(yè): 汽車(chē)維修工程教育 班級(jí) 學(xué)號(hào) : 汽修 0403 – 20 學(xué)生姓名: 吳俊杰 指導(dǎo)教師: 王仁廣 副教授 二 〇〇九 年 六 月 天津工程師范學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) AO681電動(dòng)車(chē)人機(jī)工程座椅及踏板布置校核 AO681 electric vehicles with the seat and the pedal layout of the verification 專(zhuān)業(yè)班級(jí) : 汽修 0403 學(xué)生姓名: 吳俊杰 指導(dǎo)教師: 王仁廣 副 教授 系 別: 汽車(chē)與交通學(xué)院 20xx 年 6 月 摘 要 隨著國(guó)內(nèi)外電動(dòng)汽車(chē)的發(fā)展,人們對(duì)其車(chē)身的造型有了一定的要求。對(duì) 座椅及踏板布置 ,結(jié)合 人體坐姿實(shí)際情況 、 汽車(chē)駕駛舒適性 等方面因素 對(duì)其進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)以及零部件的選配。 電動(dòng) 汽 車(chē)的車(chē)身外部造型的設(shè)計(jì)要求與傳統(tǒng) 汽 車(chē)的要求是一樣的。本次設(shè)計(jì)初步 搜集幾 款 世界上各 品牌的 座椅及踏板布置的 資料 。 整理了 一 些 轎車(chē) 座椅及踏板布置 的基本技術(shù)參數(shù),并對(duì)作了初步的分析 , 了解了 車(chē)身外形設(shè)計(jì) 的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和趨勢(shì) 。 在學(xué)習(xí)和分析 座椅及踏板布置 設(shè)計(jì)中的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)則和經(jīng)驗(yàn)知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,主要以大型工程軟件 Unigraphics NX(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng) UG)為設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái),進(jìn)行 座椅及踏板布置設(shè)計(jì) , 研究了如何利用 UG中的 三維造型 技術(shù) —— 知識(shí)熔接,來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)轎車(chē) 座椅及踏板布置 設(shè)計(jì) 的 自動(dòng)化、智能化的理論和方法,并在此基礎(chǔ)上 進(jìn)行 座椅及踏板布置的校核 。 賦予計(jì)算機(jī)一定的創(chuàng)意能力更強(qiáng)大可靠的虛擬設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)境 關(guān)鍵詞 : 電動(dòng) 汽 車(chē) ; 座椅及踏板布置 ; Unigraphics NX; ABSTRACT With the development of electric vehicles at home and abroad, people have certain requirements of auto body shapes. In the seat belt and treadle collocation design, the bination of God39。s image, production processes, technology and other factors connected to the design and ponents of the matching. Electric vehicles the body shape has the same requirements of the traditional automotive. The preliminary design includes collection of several brands of the world car engine hood information. Compiled some basic car engine hood of the technical parameters, and a preliminary analysis, to understand the body contour design of the development status and trends. During the study design and analysis of the hood in the design rules and knowledge on the basis of experience, adopt the largescale engineering software Unigraphics NX (referred to UG) for the design platform. During the hood design, using the threedimensional modeling techniques of UG Weld knowledge to achieve the car hood design automation, intelligent theories and methods. and on this basis to cover the twodimensional graphics engine to map. The puter give the creative capacity of more powerful and reliable virtual design environment.
