【正文】 實(shí)訓(xùn)論文報(bào)告用紙 第 0 頁 共 15 頁編號(hào)： 傳感器實(shí)訓(xùn) (論文)說明書題 目： 基于壓電陶瓷片的振動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)器 學(xué) 院： 應(yīng)用科技學(xué)院 專 業(yè)： 電子信息工程 學(xué)生姓名： 學(xué) 號(hào)： 指導(dǎo)教師： 2010年 7 月 10 日摘 要本設(shè)計(jì)壓電陶瓷片振動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)器由4個(gè)部分組成：傳感器、信號(hào)放大部分、單片機(jī)處理顯示部分和電源模塊，傳感器部分采用的壓電陶瓷傳感器能感知兩個(gè)表面產(chǎn)生機(jī)械形變而將力信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號(hào)。這種電信號(hào)是連續(xù)變化的模擬信號(hào)，波形趨向于 一個(gè)正弦波，另外也正由于此信號(hào)的強(qiáng)度非常弱小，單片機(jī)無法感受其信號(hào)，因此把此信號(hào)送進(jìn)單片機(jī)之前我們要對(duì)次模擬信號(hào)進(jìn)行放大處理。根據(jù)此設(shè)計(jì)要求，主要針對(duì)于壓電陶瓷片的振動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)器，是一個(gè)基于AT89S52單片機(jī)控制傳感器，所用傳感器是壓電陶瓷片，傳感器感受敲打所發(fā)出發(fā)力轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號(hào)，通過LM358放大電信號(hào)，然后經(jīng)過NE555芯片電路做振蕩延時(shí)，通過此之后的電信號(hào)成為AT89S52單片機(jī)檢測到，再通過顯示模塊數(shù)碼管做靜態(tài)顯示出敲擊次數(shù)。關(guān)鍵詞：AT89S52單片機(jī)；壓電陶瓷片傳感器；LM358運(yùn)算放大器；NE555振蕩延時(shí)；AbstractThe design of piezoelectric vibration counter consists of four ponents: the sensing element。 signal amplifying part, display part and the single chip processing module, the sensor part of the use of piezoelectric ceramic sensor can sense both the surface deformation and mechanical signals and translate it into electrical signal. This electrical signal is a continuous change of the analog signal, the waveform tends to a sine wave, on the other hand , due to the strength of this signal is very weak, single chip can not feel its signal, Therefore we need to make amplification at analog signal processing this signal in a single chip.Owing to this design is aimed at piezoelectric vibration counter, it is a sensor based on AT89S52 MCU, the sensor is a piezoelectric ceramic witch can feel the knock sensor issue made by the power conversion to electrical signals by LM358 amplification chip, and then connect the NE555 chip circuit and oscillation delay, after which the electrical signal will be detected by a microcontroller of AT89S52, then the digital control by doing a static display module shows the number of percussion.
