摘 要 為了解高校教師的職業(yè)滿意度,本文以宿州學院教師為樣本,設計調查問卷對該校教師職業(yè)滿意度進行調查 .利用 EXCEL 和 SPSS 軟件操作,對收集到的數(shù)據(jù)進行整理分析,結果發(fā)現(xiàn),從總體上看,宿州學院教師對教師職業(yè)的滿意度較高,約占總調查人數(shù)的 %,其中,在工作自身、工作環(huán)境、人際交流方面處于比較滿意水平,在回報層面處于相對不滿意水平 .此外,不同系別、年齡、性別、學歷的教師滿意度存在差異,高校管理層應做出合理化決策,提高教師職業(yè)滿意度 . 關鍵詞: 高校教師; 職業(yè)滿意度; 問卷調查 ABSTRACT In order to understand the degree of occupation satisfaction of university teachers, taking the teachers of Suzhou University as samples, a questionnaire to the degree of teachers’ occupation satisfaction is designed. Collected data is analyzed by using software EXCEL and SPSS , and the results show that most, nearly %, of the teachers are satisfied with their occupation, of which, the aspects of the work itself, working environment and the interpersonal munication are at a satisfactory level, but the aspect of reward is at a relatively dissatisfactory level. In addition, differences of degree of occupation satisfaction exist among teachers of different age, gender and department. Reasonable policy should be made to improve teachers’ degree of occupation satisfaction by the college administrators.
