【正文】 畢業(yè)論文 題 目 新型城市化下減小城鄉(xiāng)居民收入 差距對策研究 —— 以濟南市為例 學(xué) 院 經(jīng)濟學(xué)院 專 業(yè) 金融學(xué) 班 級 金融 1014 學(xué) 生 學(xué) 號 指導(dǎo)教師 二〇一四年五月十九日 濟南大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文 I 摘 要 改革開放 30多年以來，濟南市經(jīng)濟飛速發(fā)展，創(chuàng)造了一個個奇跡，城市化水平也不斷攀升， 2021年底已經(jīng)達到了 66%以上，盡管濟南市的財富分配政策一直在不斷地改進，但是城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距問題并沒有明顯的改善，而且有著逐漸擴大的趨向。 城鄉(xiāng)居民的收入差距問題，已經(jīng)成為濟南市建設(shè)美麗泉城，實現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展，促進社會和諧安定，早日實現(xiàn)中國夢所必須解決的問題。 本文 在介紹了選題的意義的基礎(chǔ)上，首先，對新型城市化影響城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的相關(guān)理論進行了引述和描述了濟南市城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的演化趨勢及初步剖析。其次，對造成濟南市城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的原因進行了仔細認真的分析。各種因素的綜合作用造成了濟南市城鄉(xiāng)居民的收入差距問題，其中最關(guān)鍵的因素是城鄉(xiāng)分割的二元經(jīng)濟體制。同時與二元經(jīng)濟體制相關(guān)的那些政策和體制因素，也致使?jié)鲜谐鞘泻娃r(nóng)村地區(qū)的收入差距不斷被拉大。然后，對于此種狀況結(jié)合新型城市化建設(shè)對減小濟南市城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距提出了部分建設(shè)性建議。最后，運用綜合概括法、文獻研究法將理論與現(xiàn)實相 結(jié)合，得出本文的結(jié)論：雖然濟南市政府付出了很大的努力，城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的問題也取得了一定的成效，但是由于有限的財政能力和其他經(jīng)濟體系的束縛，城鄉(xiāng)收入差距仍在擴大。因此為使城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距能夠逐步縮小，濟南市政府必須采取更加切實可行的措施，徹底打破二元經(jīng)濟問題，真正為農(nóng)民增收，努力縮小城鄉(xiāng)差距。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 城市化 ；收入差距；經(jīng)濟增長；二元經(jīng)濟 濟南大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文 II ABSTRACT More than 30 years since reform and opening up, the rapid economic development in Jinan City, has created a miracle, the level of urbanization is also rising, by the end of 2021 has reached more than 66%, although the distribution of wealth in Jinan City policy has been constantly improving , but urban and rural residents the ine gap has not improved significantly, and has a tendency to gradually expand . The ine gap between the urban and rural residents, has bee a beautiful Springs Jinan, construction, rural and urban and rural development, promote social harmony and stability,the early realization of Chinese dream must be solved. This paper describes the significance of the topic based on, first, the theory of the new urbanization affect the ine gap between urban and rural areas were cited and described the evolution of Jinan City, the ine gap between urban and rural residents trends and preliminary analysis. Secondly, the ine gap between urban and rural areas resulting in Jinan reasons were carefully analyzed carefully. The bined effect of various factors causing the ine gap between urban and rural residents in Jinan issues, the most critical factor is the urbanrural dual economic system partition, while those policies and institutional factors associated with the dual economic system, resulting in Jinan City and residents of rural ine gap widening. Then, for this situation bined with the construction of the new city to reduce the ine gap between urban and rural residents in Jinan made some constructive suggestions. Finally, the use of prehe nsive summary, literature research method of bining theory with reality, this article concludes: Jinan urbanrural ine gap in solving the problem though great efforts have been made, but due to limited financial capacity and other economic restraint system, the ine gap between urban and rural areas is still widening.
