【正文】 學(xué)生畢業(yè)論文 題 目 建筑工程施工技術(shù)資料管理淺析 二級(jí)學(xué)院 班 級(jí) 學(xué) 號(hào) 姓 名 指導(dǎo)教師 2021 年 12月 6 日 摘 要 :建筑工程施工技術(shù)資料是單位按照國(guó)家法規(guī) , 對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)施工全過(guò)程進(jìn)行管理 ,是工程內(nèi)在質(zhì)量的憑證 ,是工程竣工驗(yàn)收的基本完整資料。該資料不僅可以為工程事故提供正確的資料和有力的證據(jù) ,并且是維修、擴(kuò)建、改建等后期工程的重要參考資料。 施工 技術(shù)資料管理工作對(duì)保證和控制工程質(zhì)量也有著非常重要的意義。技術(shù)資料管理是工程管理的重要組成。隨著《建筑法》、《建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量管理?xiàng)l例》的出臺(tái) ,建設(shè)各方責(zé)任更加清晰 ,其重要性也更加顯現(xiàn)出來(lái)?，F(xiàn) 將 技術(shù)資料管理的重要意義、現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查和加強(qiáng)資料管理做一簡(jiǎn)要論述。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 建筑施工 施工技術(shù)資料 施工單位 管理 Abstract: Engineering construction technical information is the engineering unit in accordance with the state regulations to manage the construction of the whole process, is the quality of the project certificate, and is the basic information of the project pletion and acceptance. The data of the information can not only provide the correct information and evidence for the engineering accident, and it is an important reference for the maintenance, expansion and reconstruction. The work of the management of constr uction technical data has very important significance to ensure and control engineering quality.
