The system has realized the risk identification, multi dimensional risk analysis and demonstration, as well as the risk assessment and response, realtime monitoring of the major risks 3 and other business risk assessment and management. The system has achieved good results in the operation of coal mining enterprises, which can meet the needs of enterprise risk management. In this paper, we study how to integrate risk management theory and software engineering into each other, and use it to design and implement risk assessment and management information system. Through the risk management theory and methods, bined with the current situation of enterprise risk management, the main task of risk assessment information system is to solve the risk identification, risk analysis, risk assessment and response to three major risk assessment business issues. This information system uses a questionnaire survey, expert assessment, recognition of corporate leadership and other ways to identify major risks. Based on the research of ponent assembly method, the design and development of enterprise risk assessment and management information system is put into use. The software system is constructed by means of ponent based method. The structure of the software system is more clear, which is beneficial to the design, development and maintenance of the system. Because enterprise risk assessment is a plex system engineering, the key to design and implement the risk assessment information system is to determine the actual business needs and the use of advanced technology in the risk assessment information system. In the process of system design, we will introduce the experience of risk management consultants and the process of work flow, and take the advanced risk assessment model to ensure the advanced and availability of the system.
