【正文】 延胡索酸二鈉對(duì)斷奶羔羊小腸發(fā)育情況的影響 1 王婷， 潘曉亮 *， 王新峰 *， 賴瀚卿 （石河子大學(xué)動(dòng)物科技學(xué)院，新疆石河子， 832021） 關(guān)鍵詞： 延胡索酸二鈉；絨毛高度；隱窩深度；絨毛高度 /隱窩深度 摘 要： 【目的】 旨在探討延胡索酸二鈉對(duì)不同腸段內(nèi)環(huán)境的影響。 【方法】 選用 30 只試驗(yàn)羊，隨機(jī)分為 3組，每組 10只。 對(duì)照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧，試驗(yàn)組在基礎(chǔ)日糧基礎(chǔ)上添加 %和 1%的延胡索酸二鈉，試驗(yàn)期 60天。【 結(jié)果 】實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示：（ 1)與對(duì)照組相比，添加延胡索 酸二鈉組的小腸絨毛高度均顯著高于對(duì)照組 (P)，其中添加 %的延胡索酸二鈉組的十二指腸、空腸、回腸的腸絨毛高度分別增加了 %、 %、 % ； (2)添加 %和 1%的延胡索酸二鈉隱窩深度（十二指腸和空腸）小于對(duì)照組 (P)，回腸則是大于對(duì)照組； (3)添加了延胡索酸二鈉組的十二指腸 V/C值明顯大于對(duì)照組 (P)，其中 %的添加量效果最好（ V/C值增加了 %)， 1%次之 ,其他各組之間差異不顯著 (P)。 【結(jié)論】 延胡索酸二鈉可以影響羔羊腸道的發(fā)育。 The Influence Of Disodium Fumarate On The Small Intestinal Villus Height And Crypt Depth in weaning lambs WANG Ting1 ， PAN Xiaoliang1*， WANG Xinfeng1*， Lai Hanqing1 ( of Animal Science And Technology, Shihezi University, Shihezi 832021) Key words: DF（ disodium fumarate） 。 Villus height。 Crypt depth。 V/C(villus height / crypt depth) Abstract： It’s aimed to investigate the influence of disodium fumarate (DF) on the small intestinal development of sheep were selected and randomly divided into three groups, ten sheep each group. The control group was fed a basal diet, the experimental group with % and 1% DF added on basic diet, the experimental period of 60 days. The results show that: (1) Compare with the control group, DF group each segment villus height were significantly higher than the control group (P), with % DF the duodenum, jejunum and ileum villus height were increased by %, % and %。 (2) With % and 1% DF the crypt depth (duodenum and jejunum) were less than the control group (P), the ileum depth is shallower than the control group。 (3) Add DF duodenum V/C was significantly higher than the control group (P), add the amount of % was the best(V/C were increased %), with add 1% was the second, The differences between the other groups was not significant (P) 這段英文語法好像不是很對(duì) .
