【正文】 《 論我國(guó) VTS 的 發(fā)展與未來展望 》 《船舶交通工程學(xué)期末論文》 指導(dǎo)老師：閆化然 班級(jí)： 航 海 136 姓名： 金 星 學(xué)號(hào)： 202110111200 摘要：船舶交通管理系統(tǒng) (簡(jiǎn)稱 VTS)是近二、三十年來國(guó)際上迅速發(fā)展的用于港口水域、海上交通要道和交通密集區(qū)進(jìn)行船舶交通管理的一個(gè)高科技領(lǐng)域，受到世界航運(yùn)國(guó) 政府和港口當(dāng)局的廣泛重視。 VTS 對(duì)各國(guó)港口或水道在減少船舶交通事故、提高船舶運(yùn)營(yíng)效率及防止水域污染方面起到了重要作用。 本文將以 VTS的發(fā)展過程和我國(guó) 近 年來 VTS的建設(shè)與發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)作用及存在問題，對(duì)我國(guó) VTS 系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了全面、客觀的分析和評(píng)價(jià)；通過對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化趨勢(shì)及國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)交通發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行分析，提出了對(duì)于船舶交通管理系統(tǒng)的未來發(fā)展展望。 關(guān)鍵詞 VTS 建設(shè)作用 發(fā) 展 ABSTRACT Vessel Traffic Service(VTS)is a hightech service to provide for the management of vessel traffic within port areas， crucial fairways and concentrated traffic areas． For the recent 2 and 3 decades． VTS is growing rapidly,bringing attention of the governments of maritime states and port authorities． Vessel Traffic Service has made a valuable contribution to navigation safety,costefficient transportation and the protection of marine environment． This paper gives a brief introduction on the development of Chinese VTS during the recent years ， and its features， functions as well as problems are described． Comprehensive and objective analysis and evaluation arealso given． Based on the analysis of the trend of world economic globalization and the domestic development of transportation the author proposes a development prospect of VTS in the future key words VTS Development Establishmen
