【正文】 《 論我國 VTS 的 發(fā)展與未來展望 》 《船舶交通工程學期末論文》 指導老師：閆化然 班級： 航 海 136 姓名： 金 星 學號： 202110111200 摘要：船舶交通管理系統 (簡稱 VTS)是近二、三十年來國際上迅速發(fā)展的用于港口水域、海上交通要道和交通密集區(qū)進行船舶交通管理的一個高科技領域，受到世界航運國 政府和港口當局的廣泛重視。 VTS 對各國港口或水道在減少船舶交通事故、提高船舶運營效率及防止水域污染方面起到了重要作用。 本文將以 VTS的發(fā)展過程和我國 近 年來 VTS的建設與發(fā)展的特點作用及存在問題，對我國 VTS 系統進行了全面、客觀的分析和評價；通過對世界經濟全球化趨勢及國際、國內交通發(fā)展情況進行分析，提出了對于船舶交通管理系統的未來發(fā)展展望。 關鍵詞 VTS 建設作用 發(fā) 展 ABSTRACT Vessel Traffic Service(VTS)is a hightech service to provide for the management of vessel traffic within port areas， crucial fairways and concentrated traffic areas． For the recent 2 and 3 decades． VTS is growing rapidly,bringing attention of the governments of maritime states and port authorities． Vessel Traffic Service has made a valuable contribution to navigation safety,costefficient transportation and the protection of marine environment． This paper gives a brief introduction on the development of Chinese VTS during the recent years ， and its features， functions as well as problems are described． Comprehensive and objective analysis and evaluation arealso given． Based on the analysis of the trend of world economic globalization and the domestic development of transportation the author proposes a development prospect of VTS in the future key words VTS Development Establishmen
