摘要 冷沖壓加工在我國已有很長的歷史,封建社會(huì)時(shí)期我國勞動(dòng)人民純手工打造金、銀和銅飾品,制作各種日用品,就已顯示出精巧的工藝技術(shù),但那時(shí)人們勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大,制作時(shí)間長,不宜生產(chǎn)大量的生活用品供生活所需,隨著現(xiàn)今科技的進(jìn)步,工業(yè)發(fā)展,模具在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中引起了人們的重視。沖壓模具生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品效率高,能保證工件的精度,實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動(dòng)化,適合大批量生產(chǎn)。未來模具將向全面推廣 CAD/CAE/CAM,模具優(yōu)質(zhì)材料及表面處理技術(shù),特種加工,模具掃描及數(shù)字化系統(tǒng),模具研磨拋光將自動(dòng)化、智能化,模具自動(dòng)加工系統(tǒng)方向發(fā)展。 本設(shè)計(jì)是對漏油 器外殼的落料、拉深、沖孔級進(jìn)模的設(shè)計(jì),完成的內(nèi)容為:對模具在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的作用,模具發(fā)展歷史與現(xiàn)狀,未來模具的發(fā)展前景做了概述。進(jìn)行零件的形狀、尺寸、精度工藝分析,確定合理的工藝方案,確定工序數(shù)目。確定毛坯尺寸,判斷能否一次拉成,合理排樣,繪制排樣圖,計(jì)算沖裁力、推件力、頂件力、卸料力、拉深力,確定壓力中心。確定拉深凸、凹模間隙,計(jì)算落料、拉深、沖孔的凸、凹模刃口尺寸。確定凸、凹模結(jié)構(gòu),并繪制零件圖,設(shè)計(jì)定位零件,壓料、卸料、出件零部件,設(shè)計(jì)固定零件,選擇模架標(biāo)注緊固件。最后繪制模具非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件圖,用 CAD 和 UG 分別畫出二維與三維裝配圖,三維圖并生成爆炸圖。 本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用模具使鋼料產(chǎn)生塑性變形,獲得最終需要的零件,這是一種少切削、無切削、多工序重合的生產(chǎn)方法,并且利用級進(jìn)模生產(chǎn)零件,提高了生產(chǎn)效率,對相似工件的大批量生產(chǎn)具有參考的作用。 關(guān)鍵詞: 漏油器外殼 。 落料 。 拉深 。 沖孔 。級進(jìn)模 畢業(yè)論文 (設(shè)計(jì)) Abstract Cold stamping has a long history in China.
