【正文】 河南理工大學(xué) 本科生畢業(yè)論文 (設(shè)計 ) 淺析中小企業(yè)融資困難問題 — 以 ZZLF公司為例 2021 年 4 月 11 日 院系名稱 會計學(xué)系 姓 名 xxxx 學(xué) 號 xxxx 專 業(yè) 財務(wù)管理 指導(dǎo)教師 xxxx I 摘 要 改革開放以來，我國的中小企業(yè)呈現(xiàn)迅猛發(fā)展的態(tài)勢，在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中所占的地位也越來越突出，充當(dāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長引擎、創(chuàng)造就業(yè)機會、活躍市場及優(yōu)化調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等作用，是建設(shè)我國特色社會主義不可或缺的重要力量。然而，目前我國中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展依然存在著許多問題，遭遇到發(fā)展 的瓶頸，尤為突出的就是中小企業(yè)融資難的困境，嚴(yán)重制約著中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展與壯大，從而也影響到我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。拓寬融資渠道，解決好中小企業(yè)的融資問題，才能更好的促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展，推動社會主義和諧社會的構(gòu)建進(jìn)程?；诖耍疚慕Y(jié)合 ZZLF 公司的具體情況，分析探究當(dāng)前我國中小企業(yè)的融資問題，從企業(yè)的內(nèi)外部分析問題存在的原因，并在論述的基礎(chǔ)上，提出一些合理化的建議，以期能夠在中小企業(yè)融資問題上有所幫助。 關(guān)鍵詞： 中小企業(yè)；融資；解決對策 II Abstract With the help of reform and opening up policies, small and mediumsized enterprises in China have been booming. They are playing an increasingly important role in national economy. They act as the engine of economic growth。 they create jobs, enliven the market and optimize industrial structure. So the small and mediumsized enterprises play an integral part in Socialism with Chinese characteristics. However, at present the development of small and mediumsized enterprises still have many problems, encounter in the development of the bottleneck, especially in financing difficulties. This phenomenon has seriously restricted the development and expansion of small and mediumsized enterprises, and thus affects the sustainable development of the economy in our country. If we want to promote the development of small and mediumsized enterprises and build a harmonious socialist society, we have to broaden the financing channels. Based on this, this paper takes an example of ZZLF Company. By analyzing the financing problem and the causes of small and medium enterprises in China, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions, hoping to be helpful in solving the financing problems of the small and mediumsized enterprises in China.
