成 都 工 業(yè) 學(xué) 院 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) (論 文) 設(shè)計(jì)(論文)題目: 臥式雙面鉆、鏜專(zhuān)用機(jī)床液壓系統(tǒng) 系 部 名 稱(chēng): 機(jī)電工程系 專(zhuān) 業(yè): 數(shù)控專(zhuān)業(yè) 班 級(jí): 11421 學(xué) 生 姓 名: 高小偉 學(xué) 號(hào): 41 指 導(dǎo) 教 師: 董軍輝 二 O 一 四 年 5 月 I 摘 要 液壓傳動(dòng)技術(shù)是機(jī)械設(shè)備中發(fā)展最快的技術(shù)之一,特別是近年來(lái)與微電子、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)結(jié)合,使液壓技術(shù)進(jìn)入了一個(gè)新的發(fā)展階段,機(jī)、電、液、氣一體是當(dāng)今機(jī)械設(shè)備的發(fā)展方向。在數(shù)控加工的機(jī)械設(shè)備中已經(jīng)廣泛引用液壓技術(shù)。作為數(shù)控技 術(shù)應(yīng)用專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)生初步學(xué)會(huì)液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),熟悉分析液壓系統(tǒng)的工作原理的方法,掌握液壓元件的作用與選型及液壓系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)與修理將是十分必要的。 本論文主要闡述了主要闡述了臥式雙面鉆、鏜專(zhuān)用機(jī)床液壓系統(tǒng),能實(shí)現(xiàn)的工作循環(huán)是:機(jī)床工作循環(huán)定位→夾緊→快進(jìn)→工進(jìn)→死擋鐵停留→快退→松開(kāi)→拔銷(xiāo)→原位停止。液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)包括系統(tǒng)工況分析,擬定液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖,液壓元件的計(jì)算和選擇以及液壓系統(tǒng)的性能驗(yàn)算、液壓缸主要零部件的設(shè)計(jì)及其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞: 液壓系統(tǒng) 液壓傳動(dòng) 液壓元件 II Abstract Technology in machinery and equipment, especially in recent years bined with microelectronics, puter technology, hydraulic technology has entered a new stage of development, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, gas integration is the development of machinery and equi Hydraulic drive technology is one of the fastest growing pment today. Has been widely referenced in the CNC machining equipment hydraulic technology. As technology students learn hydraulic numerical control system design, familiar with the working principle of the method of analysis of hydraulic systems, control and selection of hydraulic units and hydraulic systems maintenance and repair is necessary. This thesis mainly expounds mainly elaborated the horizontal double auger, special boring machine hydraulic system, can realize the work cycle is: positioning and clamping machine work cycles to fastforward, workers enter die block iron stay fast back to loosen, pull out the pin stop in situ. Working condition of hydraulic system design including the system analysis, draw up the hydraulic system schematic diagram, calculation and selection of hydraulic ponents and hydraulic system performance calculation, the design and the structure of the major parts of the hydraulic cylinder design.
