I 摘 要 單沖干粉壓片機(jī)是通過凸輪 (或偏心輪 )連桿機(jī)構(gòu) (類似沖床的工作原理 ),使上、下沖產(chǎn)生相對運(yùn)動而壓制藥片。單沖式并不一定只有一副沖模工作,也可以有兩副或更多,但多副沖模同時沖壓,由此引起機(jī)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性及可靠性要求嚴(yán)格,結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,不多采用。 隨著現(xiàn)代科技的發(fā)展,壓片機(jī)涉及的行業(yè)越來越廣泛,高科技、高效率,低成本已成為現(xiàn)代壓片機(jī)的一個重要的發(fā)展趨勢。 本次設(shè)計(jì)以小型單沖式壓片機(jī)為例 , 介紹了單沖式壓片機(jī)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)組成、工作原理及工作過程 , 闡述了國內(nèi)外單沖式 壓片機(jī)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀 , 同時根據(jù)其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析了目前單沖式壓片機(jī)所存在的主要缺陷 , 并指明了其發(fā)展趨勢,而且經(jīng)過對壓片機(jī)構(gòu)造和運(yùn)動進(jìn)行了分析與合成。使其能夠穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)行并完成連續(xù)自動化生產(chǎn)的要求。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 壓片機(jī);單沖;連桿機(jī)構(gòu);片劑 II Abstract Single pressing machine is through the eccentric CAM (or similar) linkage (principle of work), punch, and ran down to the relative motion and suppress tablets. With the development of modem science and technology, tablet pressing machine is used in more and more industries. High technology, high efficiency and low cost have bee the most important trend of current tablet pressing machine. Taking the small single punch tablet press as an example, this paper introduced the basic structure, working principle and working process o f the single punch tablet press. It also introduced the development stat us of the single punch tablet press. In the meantime, this paper introduced the analysis of the major shortings of the current single punch tablet press and the proposition of the development direction according to the development while ,In the anization of the structure and movement is analyzed. It can make sure the operation and plete continuous automated production.
