【正文】 題 目： 自 動 制 袋 機 的 設 計 姓 名： 班級學號： 指導教師： 摘 要 佳木斯大學教務處 第 I 頁 摘 要 隨著我國加入 WTO，塑料軟包裝行業(yè)正在向全球化方向發(fā)展。國內人民生活水平的提高，也給塑料軟包裝行業(yè)帶來了無限商機。塑料軟包裝制袋機也隨之蓬勃發(fā)展。塑料袋是人們日常生活中，最為常用的工具，消耗量非常大，可以說方便袋在人們的生活中無處不在。從 19世紀 50 年代，英國人 帕克斯 發(fā)明并制造了第一個塑料袋之后，塑料袋就占據了不可替代的地位。例如：超市、商店、工廠、飯店等 等，已經涉及到不同的領域。國產制袋機結合國內市場需要，充分考慮用戶的具體情況，適應用戶的不同需求，設計開發(fā)出一種多功能全自動的制袋機。 通過該課題的研發(fā)工作，使學生能夠正確運用所學課程的基本理論和有關知識，學會設計方案的擬定、比較、分析及進行必要的計算 , 提高學生應用工程技術設計手冊、標準以及編寫文件的能力。在這樣的背景下，本次畢業(yè)設計針 對塑料制品加工 的這個主題，參考各種設備資料，并利用 AUTOCAD 等現(xiàn)代工具軟件，進行了塑料印刷生產線中的全自動制袋機的設計 ,其技術指 標達到較高的生產率和的分選精度。相比起傳統(tǒng) 印刷方法，這種基于縱封 原理進行作業(yè)的塑料加工機器在機械化、加工精度以及自動化程度等方面都大大提升。從而極大地提高了塑料精加工產品的產量和質量。 本設計是全自動制袋機的一部分。全自動制袋機是服務于包裝行業(yè)的一種制袋設備。現(xiàn)在市面上主要有以下幾種制袋機： 1 . 專用三邊封低速 ,中速 ,高速三種制袋機 . 2 . 專用中封低速 ,中速 ,高速三種制袋機 . 3 . 三邊封 ,中封兩用低速 ,中速 ,高速三種制袋機 . 4 . 高速三邊封的自立 ,拉鏈制袋機 . 5 . 醫(yī)藥特用制袋機 . 還有一些四邊封 ,等少見有特殊用途的制 袋機 .但他們有一個共同點就是要對一些能熱封復合的塑料薄膜進行橫封和縱封 .使原來的薄膜變成袋子 .下面就主要針對這類機上的一重要部件 縱封熱封部件進行一些基本的說明以及工作原理等 . 關鍵詞 塑料制品 ； 制袋設備 ； 機械化 ； 自動化 Abstract 佳木斯大學教務處 第 II 頁 Abstract Joins WTO along with our country, the plastic processed foods profession is developing to the globalized direction.。 Domestic living standards enhancement, also gave the plastic processed foods profession to bring the infinite opportunity.。 Plastic processed foods bagmaking machine also along with it vigorous development.。 The plastic bag is in the people daily life, the most monly used tool, the consumption is big, may say that facilitates the bag in people39。s life ubiquitous.
