畢 業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)用紙 摘要 數(shù)控技術(shù)是技術(shù)性極強(qiáng)的工作,尤其在機(jī)械加工領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用最為廣泛,所以這要求從業(yè)人員具有很高的機(jī)械加工工藝知識(shí),數(shù)控編程知識(shí)和數(shù)控操作技能。此次的設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)是對(duì)零件的加工工藝設(shè)計(jì)與程序編制及加工,利用繪圖軟件 AutoCAD 將零件的二維圖畫出來(lái) ,然后用 UG 軟件畫出三維圖形 ,再接著設(shè)計(jì)幾個(gè)方案。方案的關(guān)鍵在于以生成最佳的刀具路徑、利用最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)加工出零件 ,且加工工序最優(yōu) ,加工出來(lái)的零件的工藝符合設(shè)計(jì)圖紙的要求。根據(jù)這些要求選擇最佳的加工工藝方案,填寫工藝卡片,工序卡片。用軟件編寫加工程序 ,并且進(jìn)行仿真驗(yàn)證得到 加工效果圖。 關(guān)鍵詞: 加工工藝;編程;加工 畢 業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)用紙 Abstract The numerical control technology is highly technical work, especially in the field of mechanical processing is the most widely used, so it requires employees with machining process knowledge is very high, CNC programming knowledge and skills.
