氣硬堿性酚醛樹脂粘結(jié)劑的促硬劑的研究-畢業(yè)論(已修改)

【正文】 I 摘 要 樹脂砂的應(yīng)用引發(fā)了鑄造生產(chǎn)工藝的一次革命。隨著社會的發(fā)展,低污染甚至無污染的造型材料必將成為行業(yè)的主流。 CO2硬 化堿性酚醛樹脂粘結(jié) 劑 作為綠色的鑄造粘結(jié)劑,其較高的強度性能使其成為擁有寬廣市場潛力和價值的造型材料。 本課題 采用的 樹脂合成工藝為 堿性法分段升溫滴定合成工藝 , 將苯酚、甲醛、 NaOH、鄰苯二酚、對苯二酚、雙份 A以此工藝合成的樹脂為 基體樹脂 。 本文重點對交聯(lián)劑的種類和加入量進行了系統(tǒng)深入的研究。在實驗中,以抗壓強度為主要考察目標(biāo),考察了堿、硅烷、硼砂、錫酸鈉、鋁酸鈉加入量對芯砂抗壓強度的影響,獲得了最佳的加入量配比,制成了可用于生產(chǎn)的粘結(jié)劑。另外還對 A 劑的加入量進行了研究,實驗表明 A劑的引入極大的提高了芯砂的強度。 本文還對 CO2硬化堿性酚醛樹脂吹氣工藝及其固化機理進行了分析研究,實驗中得到了最佳的吹氣時間和吹氣流量。同時對 CO2硬化堿性酚醛樹脂粘結(jié)劑進行了工藝性能的測試,包括可使用時間,發(fā)氣量,潰散性和樹脂的加入量等,進一步證明了 CO2硬化堿性酚醛樹脂粘結(jié)劑性能的優(yōu)越性。 從經(jīng)濟角度分析,對這種 CO2硬化堿性酚醛樹脂粘結(jié)劑與通用的三乙胺法硬化樹脂粘結(jié)劑做比較,表明其作為新型鑄造粘結(jié)劑具有明 顯的生產(chǎn)實用價值和經(jīng)濟效益。 關(guān)鍵詞: 酚醛樹脂 ;冷芯盒工藝;交聯(lián)劑 II Abstract The application of resin sand triggered a revolution of the casting production process. With the development of society, nonpolluting materials will bee the mainstream of modeling industry. CO2cured alkaline phenolic resin binder as a green binder foundry, its high strength properties make it have broad potential market and value of modeling materials. The resin process of this paper is subwarming titration method synthesis. This process is basis resin for the synthesis of the resin matrix resin. This paper focuses on the type of crosslinking agent and the amount of systemdepth study. In the experiment, the pression strength is the main factor in test. Inspected the joined amount of alkali, the silicon hydride, the borax, the sodiumstannate, the sodium aluminate to the coregranulated substance pressive strength influence, and obtained best joined quantity of allocated proportion, it has made the cementing agent which can be used in produce. Moreover, studied the amount of the A medicinal preparation , the experiment has indicated the A medicinal preparation can enormous enhance core granulatedsubstance intensity enormously. This article also analyse the research to the CO2 hardeningalkalinity phenolics air flush craft and its the solidificationmechanism. In the experiment , the best air flush time and the air flush current capacity has obtained. Meanwhile, carried on the shopcharacteristics test to the CO2 hardening alkalinity phenolicscementing agent, including the period of revolution, the sended spirit amount, and dispersed the nature and the joined quantity of the resin and so on, it has improven superiority of the CO2hardening alkalinityphenolics cementing agent performance. In the economical analysis, pared this kind of CO2 hardeningalkalinity phenolics cementing agent with the general triethylamine lawhardening resinous matrix, it indicated that it has the obvious production practical value and the economic efficiency for being the new castingcementing agent.
