【正文】 濰坊科技學(xué)院 本科畢業(yè)論文 題 目 論農(nóng)村財務(wù)管理中存在的問題及改善 ——以金鄉(xiāng)縣興隆鎮(zhèn)為例 院（系） 經(jīng)濟管理學(xué)院 專業(yè) 財務(wù)管理 學(xué) 號 202106010227 學(xué)生姓名 高魯 指導(dǎo)老師 田海燕 起訖日期 2021 年 12 月 — 2021 年 6 設(shè)計地點 山東省濟寧市 論農(nóng)村財務(wù)管理中存在的問題及改善方法 — 以金鄉(xiāng)縣興隆鎮(zhèn)為例 I 摘 要 新中國成立以來，國家日漸昌盛，尤其是改革開放以來，國家經(jīng)濟更是突飛猛進，農(nóng)民生活不斷提高，逐漸進入小康社會。隨著國家收入的提高，對于農(nóng)村的各項財政補助逐步增加，甚至有的農(nóng)村成立了一些集體性質(zhì)的公司，有了經(jīng)濟的來源。時至今日，許多農(nóng)村高樓林立，工廠遍地，人們過上了富足的生活。然而，在這種快速發(fā)展的過程中難免會出現(xiàn)一些問題，尤其是在財務(wù)管理中出現(xiàn)的問題。因此，本文從金鄉(xiāng)縣興隆鎮(zhèn)出發(fā)，對財務(wù)管理過程中存在的問題以及改善方法進行探討。 首先，本文對金鄉(xiāng)縣興隆鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)村財務(wù)管理現(xiàn)狀進行簡單概述，介紹了金鄉(xiāng)縣興隆鎮(zhèn)農(nóng) 村財務(wù)管理的研究現(xiàn)狀和其在近幾十年發(fā)展過程中形成的特點。其次，通過不斷的調(diào)查研究等各種方法手段，分析了造成農(nóng)村財務(wù)管理中出現(xiàn)種種問題的原因。最后，針對造成出現(xiàn)財務(wù)管理問題的原因，結(jié)合金鄉(xiāng)縣興隆鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)村的現(xiàn)狀，通過不斷的分析研究，同時借鑒其它鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)村在解決相關(guān)問題時所采取的方法和措施，從多個方面對金鄉(xiāng)縣興隆鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)村財務(wù)管理中出現(xiàn)的問題提出相應(yīng)的解決方案。結(jié)合相關(guān)理論知識探索有效的村級財務(wù)管理之道，建立與其之間相配套的管理方法和措施，使農(nóng)村的財務(wù)管理工作走向制度化、規(guī)范化和法制化的道路。 關(guān)鍵詞：農(nóng)村財務(wù)管理；監(jiān)管 制度；改善方法 論農(nóng)村財務(wù)管理中存在的問題及改善方法 — 以金鄉(xiāng)縣興隆鎮(zhèn)為例 II Abstract Since the founding of new China ,the country is prosperous with each passing day, especially since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the national economy is advancing by leaps and bounds, continuously improve their living standards, gradually into the welloff society. With the increase of national ine, for the gradual increase in the rural financial subsidies, and even some of the village set up a number of collective nature of the pany, with the source of the economy. Today many rural highrise buildings, factories everywhere, people live a prosperous life. However, in the process of rapid development, there will be some problems, especially in the financial management problems. Therefore this article from Xinglong Town, Jinxiang County, the financial management process of the existing problems and improvement methods are discussed. First of all, this paper makes a brief overview of the current situation of financial management in Xinglong Town, Jinxiang County, and introduces the research status of financial management in Xinglong County, Jinxiang County, and the characteristics of its development in recent decades. Secondly, through the continuous investigation and research and other methods, analyzes the causes of the problems in the rural financial management. Finally in view of the causes of the financial management problems, bined with status of Jinxiang County Xinglong Town, rural, through analysis, and learn from the methods and measures taken in solving problems related to other villages, from multiple aspects of Jinxiang County Xinglong Town, rural financial management problems put forward the corresponding solutions.
