【正文】 西南科技大學(xué)城市學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)論文 I 汽車盤(pán)式制動(dòng)器設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 : 本文主要是介紹盤(pán)式制動(dòng)器的分類以及各種盤(pán)式制動(dòng)器的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),對(duì)所選車型制動(dòng)器的選用方案進(jìn)行了選擇,針對(duì)盤(pán)式制動(dòng)器做了主要的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,同時(shí)分析了汽車在各種附著系數(shù)道路上的制動(dòng)過(guò)程,對(duì)前后制動(dòng)力分配系數(shù)和同步附著系數(shù)、利用附著系數(shù)、制動(dòng)效率等做了計(jì)算。在滿足制動(dòng)法規(guī)要求及設(shè)計(jì)原則要求的前提下,提高了汽車的制動(dòng)性能。 關(guān)鍵詞 :盤(pán)式制動(dòng)器 ; 制動(dòng)力分配系數(shù) ; 同步附著系數(shù) ; 利用附著系數(shù) ; 制動(dòng)效率 西南科技大學(xué)城市學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)論文 II Automobile disc brake design Abstract: This paper is mainly the disc brake of the classification and various kinds of disc brake of the advantages and disadvantages are introduced, the selection scheme of the chosen vehicle brake was selected and for disc brake do the main design calculation and analysis of the car in a variety of attachment coefficient road on the braking process of, of braking force distribution coefficient and the synchronous adhesion coefficient, utilization coefficient of adhesion, braking efficiency calculated.
