【正文】 西南科技大學(xué)城市學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)論文 I 汽車盤式制動器設(shè)計 摘要 : 本文主要是介紹盤式制動器的分類以及各種盤式制動器的優(yōu)缺點,對所選車型制動器的選用方案進行了選擇,針對盤式制動器做了主要的設(shè)計計算,同時分析了汽車在各種附著系數(shù)道路上的制動過程,對前后制動力分配系數(shù)和同步附著系數(shù)、利用附著系數(shù)、制動效率等做了計算。在滿足制動法規(guī)要求及設(shè)計原則要求的前提下,提高了汽車的制動性能。 關(guān)鍵詞 :盤式制動器 ; 制動力分配系數(shù) ; 同步附著系數(shù) ; 利用附著系數(shù) ; 制動效率 西南科技大學(xué)城市學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)論文 II Automobile disc brake design Abstract: This paper is mainly the disc brake of the classification and various kinds of disc brake of the advantages and disadvantages are introduced, the selection scheme of the chosen vehicle brake was selected and for disc brake do the main design calculation and analysis of the car in a variety of attachment coefficient road on the braking process of, of braking force distribution coefficient and the synchronous adhesion coefficient, utilization coefficient of adhesion, braking efficiency calculated.
