非線性有限元分析論文 論文題目 專用夾具的有限元分析 學 院 機械工程學院 姓 名 專 業(yè) 機械設計及理論 學 號 摘 要 Ⅰ 摘 要 數(shù)控立車夾具的精度穩(wěn)定性較差、毛坯澆口與夾具干涉、保養(yǎng)周期短、備件損耗大、夾具備件更換確認精度時間長、夾具檢修用時長、檢修周期過短、機床異常撞車難恢復等。針對上述問題,本文的主要研究內容如下: 首先,通過對實際生產中原夾具存在的問題進行深入剖析,并結合原夾具的結構造型設計,找出原夾具設計上的主要問題, 即徑向定位精度差和夾具與毛坯澆口干涉。 其次,針對原夾具徑向定位設計上的問題,本文從夾具機械優(yōu)化設計方面對原夾具的徑向定位方式進行優(yōu)化設計。 通過 ANSYS Workbench軟件對新夾具進行靜力學分析和模態(tài)分析,驗證設計的合理性和安全性,找出新夾具 結構的最大應力 處、 位移等最薄弱的地方 ,并對 結構進行優(yōu)化。 關鍵詞 :鋁 輪轂 ;靜力學分析;模態(tài)分析; 有限元 仿真 Abstract II Abstract CNC vertical lathe fixture accuracy stability is poor, rough gate and fixture maintenancecycle is short, interference, spare parts, spare parts to replace the loss of the fixture to confirm accuracy,long time fixture maintenance with long cycle is too short,difficult to machine abnormal crash recovery. In view of the above problems, the main research contents of this paper are as follows: First of all, through the deep analysis of the actual production of the original fixture problems, bined with the structure of the fixture design, find out the main problem of the originai fixture designing,namely,radial positioning precision and fixture and blank gateinterference. Secondly, aiming at the problems radial location of fixture design, this paper carries on the optimization design of mechanical optimization design from the fixture of the original radialpositioning fixture. Then, through the ANSYSWorkbench software, it has the static analysis and modal analysis of the new fixture. verify the rationality and safety of the designing, the maximum stress,displacement and theweakest find new fixture structure, and optimize the structure.
