非線性有限元分析論文 論文題目 專用夾具的有限元分析 學(xué) 院 機(jī)械工程學(xué)院 姓 名 專 業(yè) 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)及理論 學(xué) 號(hào) 摘 要 Ⅰ 摘 要 數(shù)控立車夾具的精度穩(wěn)定性較差、毛坯澆口與夾具干涉、保養(yǎng)周期短、備件損耗大、夾具備件更換確認(rèn)精度時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、夾具檢修用時(shí)長(zhǎng)、檢修周期過(guò)短、機(jī)床異常撞車難恢復(fù)等。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: 首先,通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中原夾具存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入剖析,并結(jié)合原夾具的結(jié)構(gòu)造型設(shè)計(jì),找出原夾具設(shè)計(jì)上的主要問(wèn)題, 即徑向定位精度差和夾具與毛坯澆口干涉。 其次,針對(duì)原夾具徑向定位設(shè)計(jì)上的問(wèn)題,本文從夾具機(jī)械優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方面對(duì)原夾具的徑向定位方式進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。 通過(guò) ANSYS Workbench軟件對(duì)新夾具進(jìn)行靜力學(xué)分析和模態(tài)分析,驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì)的合理性和安全性,找出新夾具 結(jié)構(gòu)的最大應(yīng)力 處、 位移等最薄弱的地方 ,并對(duì) 結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。 關(guān)鍵詞 :鋁 輪轂 ;靜力學(xué)分析;模態(tài)分析; 有限元 仿真 Abstract II Abstract CNC vertical lathe fixture accuracy stability is poor, rough gate and fixture maintenancecycle is short, interference, spare parts, spare parts to replace the loss of the fixture to confirm accuracy,long time fixture maintenance with long cycle is too short,difficult to machine abnormal crash recovery. In view of the above problems, the main research contents of this paper are as follows: First of all, through the deep analysis of the actual production of the original fixture problems, bined with the structure of the fixture design, find out the main problem of the originai fixture designing,namely,radial positioning precision and fixture and blank gateinterference. Secondly, aiming at the problems radial location of fixture design, this paper carries on the optimization design of mechanical optimization design from the fixture of the original radialpositioning fixture. Then, through the ANSYSWorkbench software, it has the static analysis and modal analysis of the new fixture. verify the rationality and safety of the designing, the maximum stress,displacement and theweakest find new fixture structure, and optimize the structure.
