采煤機截割部的設(shè)計 摘 要 本文描述了中煤層電牽引采煤機整機方案設(shè)計以及截割部的設(shè)計過程。 中煤層電牽引采煤機可用于煤層厚度為 24m、煤質(zhì)中硬的緩傾斜煤層。與傳統(tǒng)的縱向布置的單電機采煤機相比,該采煤機將截割電機直接安裝在截割部殼體內(nèi),齒輪減速裝置全部集中在截割部殼體及行星減速器內(nèi),取消了螺旋傘齒輪、固定減速箱、搖臂回轉(zhuǎn)套等結(jié)構(gòu),使其結(jié)構(gòu)更簡單、緊湊,可靠性更高。 截割部是采煤機直接落煤、裝煤的部分,其消耗的功率約占整個采煤機功率的80%90%,主要由截割部殼體、截割電機、齒輪減速裝置、滾筒等組成。該采 煤機的截割部采用四級傳動;前三級為直齒傳動,第四級為行星傳動。二級傳動的圓柱齒輪為可換齒輪,使輸出轉(zhuǎn)速可根據(jù)不同的煤質(zhì)硬度在兩檔速度內(nèi)選取。截割部采用了三個惰輪軸,使采煤機能夠滿足截割高度對截割部長度的要求。設(shè)計將截割部行星減速器和滾筒直接聯(lián)結(jié),取消了安裝在滾筒上的截齒,使結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、可靠。 關(guān)鍵詞: 采煤機,截割部,結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計 Machine Translation Oriented Stochastic Lexicla Semantic Driven Approach Abstract This brochure describes the type of hydraulic shearer traction unit program design and cutting the Department of Design and calculation process. traction Shearer hydraulic seam thickness can be used for 24 m, Hard coal to the gently inclined seam.
