【正文】 I 摘要 無 論是對(duì)企業(yè)還是對(duì)勞動(dòng)者來說,薪酬問題無疑都是 人力資源管理中 最敏感的問題之一 ,同時(shí),薪酬也是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)不可或缺的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)手段和激勵(lì)手段。 致誠(chéng)廣告公司成立于 2021 年,注冊(cè)資本 100 萬,現(xiàn)擁有 業(yè)務(wù)人員 52 人,屬于私營(yíng)股份制企業(yè)。公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)為直線職能制, 它把 直線制 結(jié)構(gòu)與職能制結(jié)構(gòu)結(jié)合起來,以直線為基礎(chǔ),在各級(jí)行政負(fù)責(zé)人之下設(shè)置相應(yīng)的 職能部門 ,分別從事專業(yè)管理 。每個(gè)企業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中總會(huì)遇到一些不足,致誠(chéng)公司也不例外。 公司整體的薪酬水平較低 ,工資結(jié)構(gòu)過于簡(jiǎn)單,薪酬結(jié)構(gòu)和福利項(xiàng)目有待進(jìn)一步合理化。 本論文通過 四 大部分,即 崗位分析與評(píng)價(jià)、薪酬調(diào)查、整體薪酬設(shè)計(jì)、薪酬方案的具體實(shí)施, 來 對(duì)公司薪酬制度進(jìn)一步完善,來提高員工的工作積極性 ,提高薪資制度的透明度 。 從整體上闡述了 致誠(chéng)廣告公司 薪酬方面 的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以及面臨的問題和未來的發(fā)展策略。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 人力資源管理 薪酬 設(shè)計(jì) 崗位 II Abstract Whether for business or workers, salary problem is one of the most sensitive issues, at the same time, salary is also an integral part of modern enterprise petition means and incentives.
