【正文】 I 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué) 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 學(xué)生姓名: XX 學(xué) 號: XXXXXX 專 業(yè):機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)及其自動(dòng)化 班 級: 機(jī)械 XXX 指導(dǎo)教師: XXX 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 II 摘 要 隨著 限動(dòng)芯棒連軋管機(jī)的飛速發(fā)展和 國內(nèi)外鋼管需求的提高 , 鋼管的產(chǎn)量與日俱增,芯棒的用量也隨之增加。芯棒工作后的溫度升高,損耗不斷的擴(kuò)大,增加了生產(chǎn)的成本,因此芯棒的維護(hù)也得到了很大的重視。由此,本文針對芯棒的冷卻系統(tǒng)提出了具體的設(shè)計(jì)方案,結(jié)合任務(wù)要求和冷卻的基本理論,對三個(gè)方案的工作原理和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的分析 和比較,選擇了第一種作為設(shè)計(jì)的選定案。通過查閱相關(guān)資料,分析計(jì)算,確定電動(dòng)機(jī)、減速器、軸、聯(lián)軸器、和鍵等重要零件的型號,并對重點(diǎn)零件進(jìn)行校核。在此基礎(chǔ)上,再對系統(tǒng)的其他非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零部件,如:旋轉(zhuǎn)上料器,移鋼機(jī)等重要部件,進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算。按上述方法完成的設(shè)計(jì)能很好的完成芯棒旋轉(zhuǎn)冷卻的任務(wù)。 關(guān)鍵詞: 芯棒;冷卻;鋼管;方案 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 III Abstract With the rapid development of MPM and the improvement of demand for s teel pipe at home and abroad, the output of steel pipe is steadily on the increase, and the amount of Mandrill increases. the temperature of the Mandrill increases after working along with the unceasing unceasing expansion of wear and tear,so the production cost has been of it,much attention has been paid to the maintenance. This paper proposes the concrete design, in view of the cooling system of Mandrill. According to the requirements and the fundamental principle of cooling system, the paper chose the first as a selection of the design, by a detailed analysis and parison of working principle ,as well as advantages and disadvantages of the three proposals. Through consultancy to relevant materials, analysis and calculation the paper de termines the model of motors, reducers, shaft, coupling, keys, and other important parts,and checks up the important parts. On this basis, then design the structure of other nonstandard ponents, such as, rotating on the feeder, move steel and other imp ortant ponents etc. According to the above method, the task of cooling mandrel rotation can be plete well【 17】 .
