This research altogether divides into five parts, the first part is an introduction, mainly is to studies the background, the research significance, the research present situation and the correlation concept carries on the second part is“San Xiaxiang” programthe effective investigation result carries on the analysis to the university student summer, the understanding present third part is to analyzes in the result to display the university student summer “San Xiaxiang” program the effective not strong reason to carry on the fourth part aims at some feasible strategy which the university student summer “San Xiaxiang” program the result insufficient proposed.
