In recent years, with the development of the product of the methanol, especially the popularization and application of the methanol fuel, the demand of the methanol increases greatly. In order to meet the needs of the economic development of methanol, the methanol project of the 200 thousand t/a was carried out. The main content of the design is to demonstrate the process, material balance and heat balance calculation, etc.. The design purpose in line with national conditions, advanced technology and easy to get, the principle of economy, environmental protection, the use of coal as raw material。 the craft of GSP gasification gas making。 NHD purification process of synthesis gas purification。 under low pressure by the use of the column tube temperature reactor for methanol synthesis。 tri columns rectification process for refining methanol。 in addition of strict control of waste emissions, make full use of waste heat, reduce energy consumption, ensure the safety and hygiene of staff.
