江蘇聯(lián)合職業(yè)技術(shù) 學院鎮(zhèn)江分院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 江蘇聯(lián)合職業(yè)技術(shù)學院鎮(zhèn)江分院 鎮(zhèn)江高等職業(yè)技術(shù)學校 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計 (論 文) 基于三菱 PLC 控制的花式噴泉系統(tǒng) 設(shè)計 系 名 : 機電工程系 專 業(yè) : 機電一體化 姓 名 : 學 號 : 指導教師 : 崔守娟 二〇 一五年四月 江蘇聯(lián)合職業(yè)技術(shù) 學院鎮(zhèn)江分院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) I 基于三菱 PLC 控制的花式噴泉系統(tǒng) 摘要 : 隨著我國的經(jīng)濟狀態(tài)不斷變好,人們越來越富裕,對生活質(zhì)量的要求有了更高的要求。所以,在城市規(guī)劃中的各種公園里建造一些噴泉供人們游覽、放松是很有必要的。, 花式噴泉在烈日炎炎的夏天可以起到降低溫度和增加濕度的作用;也可以使水體不停地流動,利于水體增加自凈能力,防止出現(xiàn)水體黑臭的現(xiàn)象。 在一些大中型城市中,城市建設(shè)和園林設(shè)計部門對噴泉景觀在環(huán)境的美化和文化氛圍的營造上提出了新的要求。相關(guān)的專業(yè)人士出許多優(yōu)秀的噴泉、水景。 令人眼前一亮、心曠神怡,給人們在視 覺、聽覺上有了高度享受, 得到了良好的社會反映和社會效益。噴泉設(shè)備新產(chǎn)業(yè)加工廠的崛起,為噴泉今后的發(fā)展提供打下了良好的基礎(chǔ), 噴泉水景逐步成為美化城市、改善環(huán)境的重要手段。 花 式 噴泉的核心是 PLC, 是一種專門為在工業(yè)環(huán)境下應用而設(shè)計的數(shù)字運算操作的電子裝置。它采用可以編制程序的存儲器,用來在其內(nèi)部存儲執(zhí)行邏輯運算、順序運算、計時、計數(shù)和算術(shù)運算等操作的指令,并能通過數(shù)字式或模擬式的輸入和輸出,控制各種類型的機械或生產(chǎn)過程。 PLC 及其有關(guān)的外圍設(shè)備都應該按易于與工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)形成一個整體,易于擴展其功能的原則而 設(shè)計。 本設(shè)計主要以三菱 PLC 的控制功能,通過對各個開關(guān)的控制,來滿足人們對視覺的需求,實現(xiàn)了利用三菱 PLC 控制的花式噴泉的功能,具有接線簡便 、 編程輕松 、 擴展容易等特點。當噴泉功能適當增加或減少的需要,只要增加或減少相應的程序和輸出功能,想換個地方會比較少,測試結(jié)果表明,在實用性方面,靈敏度,精度和可靠性,達到了設(shè)計要求。通過本次設(shè)計,我學習到了很多有用的東西,在工作上的認真、細心態(tài)度也得到了提高。并且對相關(guān)可編程器件的功能更加了解。 關(guān)鍵詞:花式噴泉 三菱 PLC 開關(guān)的控制 江蘇聯(lián)合職業(yè)技術(shù) 學院鎮(zhèn)江分院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) II Abstract As China39。s economic status will bee better, more and more people bee rich, the demands on the quality of life have higher requirements. It can be programmed using the memory,used to perform the logic operation, sequence operation, timing, counting and arithmetic operationin its internal storage instructions, and through digital or analog input and output, machinery or production process control of various types. PLC and its associated peripheral equipment should be in accordance with the industrial control system is easy to form a whole, easy to extend its functions and design principles. This design is mainly to the programmable controller PLC control function, through the control of each switch, to meet the needs of the people of vision, to achieve the use of programmable controller to control the fountain patterns function, has the characteristics of simple wiring, easyprogramming, easy to expand etc..
