畢業(yè)論文-基于三菱plc控制的升降橫移式立體車庫設計(已修改)

【正文】 摘 要 立體車庫是專門實現(xiàn)各種車輛的自動停放及科學寄存的存儲設施。 近年來隨著我國經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展,城市人口日益增多,特別是隨著改革開放以來,我國進入了汽車擁有率進入急速上升時期。 機械式立體車庫可充分利用地上資源,發(fā)揮空間優(yōu)勢,最大限度地停放車輛,成為解決城市靜態(tài)交通問題的重要途徑。本課題以較為典型的升降橫移式立體車庫為研究對象,綜合介紹了升降橫移式立體車庫的運行模式和操作模式。本課題以典型常見的地上 3 3 升降橫移式為例 ,說明了停車庫的運行原理。并用組態(tài)王對立體車做了實時監(jiān)控和動態(tài)演示。 本文在對國內(nèi)外 車庫現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢做了充分調(diào)研的基礎上,選擇三層三列式車庫結構為研究模型。升降橫移式立體車庫就其組成部分而言,可分為三大部分:車庫結構部分、傳動機構部分和控制系統(tǒng)部分。本文簡單介紹了車庫的主體結構和特點,對車庫的控制系統(tǒng)也作了詳細的說明。依據(jù)升降橫移式立體車庫的運行原理,運用理論對升降橫移式立體車庫的結構進行了全面的分析,包括升降橫移式立體車庫的框架結構的機械強度、橫移傳動系統(tǒng)中軸的強度和升降傳動系統(tǒng)中軸的強度等。在對升降橫移式立體車庫控制系統(tǒng)的設計中,采用了常用的的 PLC 控制,運用三菱公司的編程軟件編制了 升降橫移式立體車庫控制系統(tǒng)的程序,并經(jīng)調(diào)試、運行,證明采用可編程序控制器 (PLC)作為控制系統(tǒng)簡單易行。其穩(wěn)定、可靠、快速、性價比高的特點使得控制系統(tǒng)更加穩(wěn)定可行。為了使停車設備滿足使用要求,根據(jù)國家關于機械式停車設備通用安全要求的標準、升降橫移式立體車庫的實際運行,在升降橫移式立體車庫中采取了一些必要的安全技術,這樣保證了車輛的絕對安全,使得整個車庫可以安全平穩(wěn)的運行。 關鍵詞: 立體車庫;控制系統(tǒng); PLC ABSTRACT Stereo garage is specifically implement check of vehicles automatic parking and scientific storage acilities. With the increasing of urban car ownership, parking problem has bee a mon phenomenon of large and mediumsized cities. Mechanical stereo garage can make full use of land resources, making full use of the advantages of space and maximize the parked vehicles, bee the important way to solve the problem of urban static traffic. This topic was typical to lift move transversely type parking equipment as the research object, considering the threedimensional garage dual factors of manufacturing cost and operation efficiency. Based on the garage at home and abroad present situation and the development trend on the basis of investigation and choose three layer three column type garage structure as the research model. Lifting and moving type stereo garage in terms of their ponent parts, can be divided into three parts: the garage structural parts, transmission parts and control system. This article simply introduces the main structure and characteristics of garage, the garage control system also made a simple description, based on threedimensional garage lifting and moving type, the operation principle of using the theory of threedimensional garage for lifting and moving structure has carried on the prehensive analysis, including the lifting of the frame transverse transmission system and elevator drive system of axial strength and so on. In threedimensional garage for lifting and moving the design of control system, adopt advanced PLC control, by use of mitsubishi39。s programming software developed lifting and moving type threedimensional garage control system application, and the debugging and running, prove that using programmable controller (PLC) as control system is simple. Its stable, reliable, rapid, costeffective features make control according to the state of mechanical parking equipment general safety standards, lift the lateral movement type parking equipment and actual use in the lift move transversely type parking equipment necessary security technology, so that ensures the plete safety of the vehicle, make the whole garage can be safe and smooth operation.
