西安石油大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) (論文 ) 輸油管線參數(shù)優(yōu)化 設(shè)計(jì) 軟件的編制 摘 要 : 管道優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,目標(biāo)是尋求既滿足工藝要求,同時(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益較好的方案,但工作量和計(jì)算量龐大,通過編制計(jì)算機(jī)軟件既提高工了作效率,節(jié)省時(shí)間,而且能更直觀更準(zhǔn)確地對(duì)管線參數(shù)進(jìn)行操作,從而達(dá)到優(yōu)化的效果。 論 文對(duì)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的數(shù)學(xué)模型類型、尋優(yōu)方法及發(fā)展趨勢(shì),以及油氣管道工程的優(yōu)化技術(shù)研究進(jìn)行了全面綜述, 根據(jù)流體力學(xué)及傳熱學(xué)相關(guān)理論 建立了熱含蠟原油管道系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的數(shù)學(xué)模型 ,并 編制了 輸油 管線參數(shù)優(yōu)化軟件。 本軟件采用 Visual 編制 , 以 Microsoft Office Access 為 數(shù)據(jù)庫, 通過 ADO 數(shù) 據(jù)控件 綁定 鏈接,在窗體上 采 用 Date grid 控件顯示數(shù)據(jù) ,具有網(wǎng)格式大量數(shù)據(jù)讀入、溫度壓力計(jì)算及分布曲線的繪制、停輸時(shí)間計(jì)算、推薦運(yùn)行參數(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)輸出 等 幾大功能。 通過 對(duì)白豹到華池的輸油管線的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì) 的 實(shí)例 計(jì)算 ,表明 計(jì)算結(jié)果與管線實(shí)際運(yùn)行參數(shù)相符, 優(yōu)化結(jié)果 令人 滿意 ,證實(shí)了本軟件的 可靠性與實(shí)用性。 該優(yōu)化問題的解決對(duì)于提高輸油管系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、管理水平具有重要的 實(shí)際 意義。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 輸油管道 ; 含蠟原油 ; 優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì) ; 加熱輸送 ; 軟件編制 西安石油大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) (論文 ) The design of software for optimezing the parameter of pipeline Abstract: Pipeline optimization design is a plex system engineering. It aims at finding the program that economically meets the technology requirement. However, the system engineering needs enormous calculations and works. The use of software can not only highly raise the efficiency, but also calculate the parameter accurately in intuitionistic way, consequently achieve the optimization of pipeline. This paper first gives a overall summary of mathematical models of optimal design, optimumseeking techniques and their development trends and the optimization researches in pipeline project. According to the theory of hydromechanics and heat transfor, the author build the mathematical model for the optimal design of pipeline system transporting hot waxy crudes, then design the software for optimezation of pipeline base on the mathematical model in visual basic language. The software use Microsoft Office Access as datebase, which was linked by ADO control, then dates were showed in the form by date grid main functions of the software are date inputing, calculating temperature and pressure and drawing their graphs, calculating time of halt and optimal parameter. The calculations of the pipeline which is from Bai bao to Hua che indicate that the results accord with practical parameter, consequently achieve the optimezation of , the reliability and practicability of the software is is especially significant for improving the design and management arts of petroleum pipeline to the solution of the problem.
