中國(guó)石油大學(xué)(華東)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)***輸油管道初步設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生姓名:***學(xué) 號(hào):03122612 專業(yè)班級(jí):油氣儲(chǔ)運(yùn)工程 036 班指導(dǎo)教師:史秀敏 2022 年 6 月 20 日中國(guó)石油大學(xué)(華東)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)摘要***管線工程全長(zhǎng) 440km,年設(shè)計(jì)最大輸量為 500 萬噸,最小輸量為350 萬噸。管線沿程地形較為起伏,最大高差為 32m,經(jīng)校核全線無翻越點(diǎn);在較大輸量時(shí)可熱力越站,較小輸量時(shí)可壓力越站。輸油管采用瀝青加強(qiáng)級(jí)外保護(hù)的防腐措施。全線共設(shè)熱泵站 12 座,管線埋地鋪設(shè)。管材采用 ?,L245 的直弧電阻焊鋼管;采用加熱密閉式輸送流程,先爐后泵的工藝,充分利用設(shè)備,全線輸油主泵和給油泵均采用并聯(lián)方式。加熱爐采用直接加熱的方法。管線上設(shè)有壓力保護(hù)系統(tǒng),出站處設(shè)有泄壓裝置,防止水擊等現(xiàn)象,壓力過大造成的危害。首站流程包括收油、存儲(chǔ)、正輸、清管、站內(nèi)循環(huán)、來油計(jì)量及反輸?shù)裙δ埽恢虚g站流程包括正輸、反輸、越站、收發(fā)清管球等功能。采用SCADA 檢測(cè)系統(tǒng),集中檢測(cè)、管理,提高操作的安全性和效率。由計(jì)算分析證明該管線的運(yùn)行可收到良好的效益并有一定的抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力。關(guān)鍵詞: 管型;輸量;熱泵站;工藝流程中國(guó)石油大學(xué)(華東)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)ABSTRACTThe whole length of the pipeline is 440 kilometer and the terrain is maximum of transport capacity is 500 million ton per year and minimum of throughout is 350 million ton per year.The choice of main equipment and determination of station site are based on the condition of every throughout. After the technical evaluation , one type of steel pipeline called L245 is select. The optimum diameter is millimeter and the wall thicket is millimeter. In order to reduce the loss of heat, the pipeline is buried under the ground. The pipeline is coated with 7millimeter thick anticorrosion asphalt layer and impressed current catholic protection to protect the pipe from corrosion.The process of transportation is pumptopump tight line operation. Crude oil is heated at first and the pump in each station. There are three 220D6510pumps are equipped as the transporting pump. The process of flows in the station includes: collecting crude oil。 forward transportation。 reverse pumping over station and circulation in the station.Along the main line, oil transportation included head station, intermediate heating and pumping station, and terminal station.Through the benefit analysis and feasibility study of operation, the project has a good economic benefit and the design is feasible.
