【正文】 畢業(yè)設計(論文) 興龍廣緣超市核心員工激勵機制研究 學習中心(函授站): 北京交通大學海濱學院 專 業(yè): 人力資源管理 姓 名: 準考證號: 指導教師: 北京交通大學遠程與繼續(xù)教育學院 2021 年 7 月 北京交通大學畢業(yè)設計(論文) 中文摘要 A B S T R A C T ⅰ 中文摘要 摘要: 在全 球經(jīng)濟迅速增長的今天,零售業(yè)市場競爭愈演愈烈,而超市是其中競爭最為激烈的業(yè)態(tài)。超市在秦皇島的發(fā)展歷史雖然不長,但近些年卻以一種勢不可擋的趨勢快速發(fā)展,國內(nèi)連鎖超市相繼涌入,與本土超市競爭不斷加劇。在此種形勢下,興龍廣緣超市應當認識到只有不斷構(gòu)建和完善核心員工激勵機制才是應對嚴峻挑戰(zhàn)、贏得長期效益源泉。 本文第一章,簡單介紹了研究背景、研究意義及本研究的內(nèi)容與方法。第二章為相關理論和技術概述,介紹了相關理論以及興龍廣緣超市超市基本情況;第三、四章為核心部分。第三章在對興龍廣緣超市核心員工激勵機制的現(xiàn)狀進行闡述 ,找到了其中存在問題,第四章,針對其中存在的問題,依托相關理論提出了改進意見和建議。最后,結(jié)束語,對全文進行總結(jié)。指出本文的研究一定程度上能夠?qū)εd龍廣緣超市核心員工的激勵起到一定的借鑒與指導作用。 關鍵詞: 核心員工;激勵機制;興龍廣緣 北京交通大學畢業(yè)設計(論文) A B S T R A C T ii ABSTRACT Title: Xing dragon leber supermarket core staff incentive mechanism research. ABSTRACT:With the global economy grows rapidly nowadays, the retail marketis one of petition intensifies, and the supermarket is the most petitive industry. The Qinhuangdao39。s supermarket doesn39。t develop too long, but in recent years has to a be a trend which cannot be halted the trend of rapid development, the domestic chain supermarket influx, unceasing petition with native supermarket. In such a situation, Xinglong Guangyuan supermarket should recognize only continue to establish and improve the incentive mechanism of the core staff to cope with severe challenges, to win the longterm beneficial source. The first chapter introduces the research on the construction of incentive mechanism research background, research significance, the domestic and foreign core staff review. The second chapter summarizes the related theory and technology. The basic concept, the principle of core staff and the establishment of incentive mechanism of core employees, as evaluation research as the theoretical and technical preparations. Third, the fourth or fiifth chap ter is the core part . The third chapter analyzes the current situation of Xinglong wide margin of incentive mechanism of supermarket core employees, analyzes the current situation, the core staff to the next chapter to do the groundwork. Construction of the fourth chapter of Xinglong wide margin supermarket core staff incentive mechanism in detail, and the current situation of incentive mechanism problems according to the core staff of third chapter of the correction and improvement of. The fifth chapter in view of the above problems, puts forward some measures to ensure the Xinglong wide margin supermarket core employees incentive mechanism.
