的 白光 OLED 壽命預測 摘要 OLED 作為一種最新科技,已經(jīng)慢慢步入 人們 的生活。為了獲得 OLED 的壽命信息,采用對數(shù)正態(tài)分布函數(shù)描述了 OLED 的壽命分布,利用極大似然法 (MLE) 估計了對數(shù)均值和對數(shù)標準差,并利用 MATLAB 完成了恒定電流應力試驗數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計和分析。數(shù)值結(jié)果表明, OLED 的壽命服從對數(shù)正態(tài)分布,其加速模型符合逆冪定律。精確計算的加速參數(shù)使得快速估算 OLED 壽命成為可能。 關(guān)鍵詞: OLED;壽命預測; MLE;對數(shù)正態(tài)分布 對數(shù)正態(tài)分布下 基于 MLE 的白光
