Labor relations are an important part of the modern social relations and are a kind of expression form of the production relations. With the development of economy and society, labor relations present diversification and plication. The harmonious labor relation is the important foundation of the construction of the harmonious society, and really matters to the economic development and the social stability, so we should pay much attention to that. Also due to the labor relations are the important part of social relationship. So the construction of harmonious labor relations is the basis of building a harmonious society. This paper, from the concept of the construction of the harmonious labor relations, the characteristics of constructing harmonious labor relations and its significance, puts forward and analyzes the current existing problems of constructing harmonious labor relations, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, also looks forward to the development direction of building harmonious labor relations in the future.
