【正文】 畢 業(yè) 論 文 題目： 廣東城鄉(xiāng)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)一體化研究 （英文）： Study on the integration of urban and rural labor market in Guangdong 院 別： 管理學(xué)院 專(zhuān) 業(yè)： 工商管理 姓 名： 李 純 學(xué) 號(hào)： 2021024143339 指導(dǎo)教師： 賈 成 日 期： 2021 年 4 月 廣東城鄉(xiāng)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)一體化研究 摘要 隨著“加快轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，幸福廣東”口號(hào)的提出 ,我省城鄉(xiāng)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)工作越發(fā)重要。以農(nóng)民工為主要代表 的勞動(dòng) 力流動(dòng)促使我省城鄉(xiāng)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)得到較快的發(fā)展，對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)勞動(dòng)力均衡 流動(dòng)產(chǎn)生重大的推動(dòng)作用。但就目前而言，尚處在發(fā)育階段 ,農(nóng)民工就業(yè)對(duì)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)制度的改革及城鄉(xiāng)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)分割等問(wèn)題尚未解決。 本文首先解釋城鄉(xiāng)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)一體化基本概況與 影響 ，其次描述我省勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀，再次探討市場(chǎng)分割理 論與城鄉(xiāng)勞動(dòng)力一體化的條件，然后分析城鄉(xiāng)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的原因，最后提出統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)一體化的對(duì)策研究。 在貫穿以上主線的過(guò)程中，涉及到人力資本（農(nóng)民工）流動(dòng)，市場(chǎng)制度，市場(chǎng)分割等問(wèn)題對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)一體化問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探討。 關(guān)鍵字 ： 勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)；二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)；戶籍制度； 就業(yè)制度 Study on the integration of urban and rural labor market in Guangdong ABSTRACT Along with the speed up transformation and upgrading, happiness Guangdong slogan, I save urban and rural labour market bee more and more important. In order to migrant workers as the main representative of the labour force flow prompted me to save urban and rural labor market gets rapidder development, to urban and rural labour force equilibrium flow have a significant role in promoting. But for now, still in the development stage, the employment of migrant workers on the labor market system reform and urban and rural labor market segmentation problem has not been solved. This paper first explains the unifinication of urban and rural labour market general situation and significance, followed by the description of my province labor market situation, once again explore the market segmentation theory and urban and rural labor conditions for the integration of urban and rural labor market, then analyses the causes of the problems, finally put forward the overall planning of urban and rural labor market integration countermeasure research. Through above main process, related to the human capital ( migrant workers ) flow, market system, market segmentation and other issues of the urban and rural labor market integration problems.
