【正文】 東北財經(jīng)大學(xué)自考本科畢業(yè)論文 企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)與開發(fā)初探 作 者 院 系 專 業(yè) 年 級 學(xué) 號 指導(dǎo)教師 答辯日期 成 績 2 內(nèi) 容 摘 要 對于企業(yè)來講,人力資源開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略與管理離不開培訓(xùn)體系的建立,建立良好的培訓(xùn)需求體系,才能使企業(yè)和員工更好地發(fā)展。雖然終身雇傭制被拋棄了,但建立與員工雙贏的培訓(xùn)體系、職業(yè)發(fā)展體系確實更多地被企業(yè)接受,也成為員工選擇企業(yè)重要條件。 本文對我國企業(yè)目前的員工培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀進行分析,闡述做好企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)和培訓(xùn)工作發(fā)展對企業(yè)的影響及對策。介紹在企業(yè)培訓(xùn)過程中,培訓(xùn)需求評估,培訓(xùn)體系建立、培訓(xùn)設(shè)置理論指導(dǎo)、內(nèi)外部培訓(xùn)資源利用、利用虛擬組織和培訓(xùn)實踐安排等步驟。使員工從技能培訓(xùn)、標準執(zhí)行培 訓(xùn),管理培訓(xùn)都收到實效,最終實現(xiàn)員工人生的職業(yè)生涯。 因此,員工培訓(xùn)是企業(yè)最好的投資,其效果已超出了在廠房、設(shè)備及其它硬件環(huán)境方面的投入。企業(yè)所增強的決不僅僅是點滴的提升,而是企業(yè)競爭能力的躍升。最終形成的企業(yè)和員工雙贏局面。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 培訓(xùn)需求 培訓(xùn)體系 培訓(xùn)發(fā)展 3 Abstract For enterprises, manpower resources development strategy and management are related to the establishment of training system. A good training system accelerates the development of the emprise and the employee. Although lifelong employ system was abolished, training system that benefits both the enterprise and the employee is further accepted by the enterprise and is also an important consideration of the employee’s entering to the enterprise. This article analyses the present situation of the employee’s training and expound the effect to the employee’s training and the development of the training. This article also introduces the judgment of the training demand, the establishment of training system, the theory of training design, the utilization of training resources, and so on. The employee training is the best investment of the enterprise, which is more effective than the investment to factory buildings, equipments and other hard environment. It is not only a little improvement but also the promotion of the petitive ability of the enterprise, and the enterprise and the employee are both the winners at last.
