【正文】 提供全套畢業(yè)論文，各專業(yè)都有 河北農(nóng)業(yè)大學 本 科 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計 題 目： 振動分選機總體設(shè)計 學 院： 機電工程學院 專業(yè)班級： 機械設(shè)計制造及其自動化 學 號： 2021214010204 學生姓名： 指導 教師 姓名 ： 指導教師 職稱 ： 教授 二 O 一四 年 五 月 二十七 日 2 核桃振動式分選機總體設(shè)計 摘要 我國的振動分選機在運行和維修方面中存在著大量的問題。 這些問題突出表現(xiàn)在篩箱斷梁、裂幫 ,稀油潤滑的箱式振動器漏油、齒輪打齒、軸承溫升過高、噪聲大等問題 ,同時伴有傳動帶跳帶斷帶等故障。這類問題直接影響了振動 分選機 的使用壽命 ,嚴重影響了生產(chǎn) 。本文針對這些問題特設(shè)計了直線振動分選機，這類振動分選機可以很好的解決此類問題，該系列振動分選機是工礦企業(yè)普遍應(yīng)用的篩分機械，用 作物料的篩分、分級、洗滌、脫介、脫水之用。根據(jù)的是自同步原理，采用的是雙電機直接驅(qū)動，代替強制同步式的齒輪傳動，振動軌跡為直線?？朔艘酝駝臃诌x機由于單電機拖動，齒輪強迫傳動引起的齒輪潤滑，封閉問題，從而提高了整個振動分選機的使用壽命。設(shè)計分析論述了設(shè)計方案，包括振動分選機的分類與特點，對物料的運動分析，對振動分選機的動力學分析及動力學參數(shù)計算，包括原始的設(shè)計參數(shù)，電機的設(shè)計與校核；進行了主要零部件的設(shè)計與計算，彈簧的設(shè)計計算等。 關(guān)鍵詞： 直線振動分選機 , 塊偏心式 , 彈簧 ,電動機 Abstract China since reform and opening, vibrating screen industry have seen significant development. ZKB3660 linear vibrating screen can solve such problems, the series of vibrating screen is widely used in screening industrial and mining machinery, used as the material of the screening, grading, washing, using the twomotor direct drive, instead of mandatory synchronous gear drive, vibration track a straight line.
