【正文】 提供全套畢業(yè)論文，各專業(yè)都有 河北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué) 本 科 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 題 目： 振動(dòng)分選機(jī)總體設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué) 院： 機(jī)電工程學(xué)院 專業(yè)班級(jí)： 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化 學(xué) 號(hào)： 2021214010204 學(xué)生姓名： 指導(dǎo) 教師 姓名 ： 指導(dǎo)教師 職稱 ： 教授 二 O 一四 年 五 月 二十七 日 2 核桃振動(dòng)式分選機(jī)總體設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 我國(guó)的振動(dòng)分選機(jī)在運(yùn)行和維修方面中存在著大量的問(wèn)題。 這些問(wèn)題突出表現(xiàn)在篩箱斷梁、裂幫 ,稀油潤(rùn)滑的箱式振動(dòng)器漏油、齒輪打齒、軸承溫升過(guò)高、噪聲大等問(wèn)題 ,同時(shí)伴有傳動(dòng)帶跳帶斷帶等故障。這類(lèi)問(wèn)題直接影響了振動(dòng) 分選機(jī) 的使用壽命 ,嚴(yán)重影響了生產(chǎn) 。本文針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題特設(shè)計(jì)了直線振動(dòng)分選機(jī)，這類(lèi)振動(dòng)分選機(jī)可以很好的解決此類(lèi)問(wèn)題，該系列振動(dòng)分選機(jī)是工礦企業(yè)普遍應(yīng)用的篩分機(jī)械，用 作物料的篩分、分級(jí)、洗滌、脫介、脫水之用。根據(jù)的是自同步原理，采用的是雙電機(jī)直接驅(qū)動(dòng)，代替強(qiáng)制同步式的齒輪傳動(dòng)，振動(dòng)軌跡為直線?？朔艘酝駝?dòng)分選機(jī)由于單電機(jī)拖動(dòng)，齒輪強(qiáng)迫傳動(dòng)引起的齒輪潤(rùn)滑，封閉問(wèn)題，從而提高了整個(gè)振動(dòng)分選機(jī)的使用壽命。設(shè)計(jì)分析論述了設(shè)計(jì)方案，包括振動(dòng)分選機(jī)的分類(lèi)與特點(diǎn)，對(duì)物料的運(yùn)動(dòng)分析，對(duì)振動(dòng)分選機(jī)的動(dòng)力學(xué)分析及動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)計(jì)算，包括原始的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)，電機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)與校核；進(jìn)行了主要零部件的設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算，彈簧的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算等。 關(guān)鍵詞： 直線振動(dòng)分選機(jī) , 塊偏心式 , 彈簧 ,電動(dòng)機(jī) Abstract China since reform and opening, vibrating screen industry have seen significant development. These problems directly affect the life of a shaker, has seriously affected production. ZKB3660 linear vibrating screen can solve such problems, the series of vibrating screen is widely used in screening industrial and mining machinery, used as the material of the screening, grading, washing, using the twomotor direct drive, instead of mandatory synchronous gear drive, vibration track a straight line. Overe in the past as a single shaker motor drag, caused by the gear drive gear forced lubrication, closed questions, thereby increasing the life of the shaker.
