【正文】 提供全套畢業(yè)論文圖紙,歡迎咨詢 北京信息科技大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 (論文) 題 目: 某型重型數(shù)控機床主軸箱設(shè)計及滑枕液壓系統(tǒng)仿真分析 學(xué) 院 : 機 電 工 程 學(xué) 院 專 業(yè): 機 械 設(shè) 計 制 造 及 其 自 動 化 學(xué)生姓名: 班級 /學(xué)號 機 械 1006 /2021010155 指導(dǎo)老師 /督導(dǎo)老師: 起止時間: 2021 年 2 月 24 日 至 2021 年 6 月 8 日 摘要 I 摘 要 重型數(shù)控落地鏜銑機床的研究分析起源于上世紀 50年代起,當(dāng)今世界上,國外,特別是德、美、日三個國家在數(shù)控重型機床科研、設(shè)計、制作和應(yīng)用上,技巧最先進、經(jīng)驗最多的國家。 隨著現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的發(fā)展以及需求量的增多,對 重型數(shù)控鏜銑床的性能要求也越來越高。主軸箱是重型數(shù)控落地鏜銑床的重要部件之一,它結(jié)構(gòu)、性能的優(yōu)良直接影響著整個機床的性能。本文以 TK6920大型數(shù)控鏜銑床為研究對象對其主軸箱進行設(shè)計。液壓系統(tǒng)同樣是重型 數(shù)控鏜銑床的主要部分,目前,國內(nèi)的設(shè)計主要依據(jù)經(jīng)驗設(shè)計和類比設(shè)計,再通過樣機仿真發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,解決問題。這樣既浪費時間精力又浪費資源,通過液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計和分析能在設(shè)計初期發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,解決問題。 本文以國家“高檔數(shù)控機床與基礎(chǔ)制造裝備”科技重大專項《重型數(shù)控機床關(guān)鍵共性技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力平臺》課題的子項目以齊齊哈爾第二機床廠生產(chǎn)的 TK6920重型數(shù)控鏜銑床為研究對象,對主軸箱進行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,對整體的液壓系統(tǒng)進行設(shè)計與仿真分析。 ( 1) 根據(jù)設(shè)計要求對主軸箱的傳動系統(tǒng)進行設(shè)計,依據(jù)計算結(jié)果利用 箱的三維結(jié)構(gòu)模型。 ( 2) 研究重型機床的各個部分的液壓系統(tǒng)并對 TK6920機床的液壓系統(tǒng)進行設(shè)計選型。 ( 3) 完成了基于 AMEsim軟件的 TK6920機床液壓系統(tǒng)的建模仿真。 ( 4) 仿真分析液壓系統(tǒng)的問題以及改進建議。 關(guān)鍵詞:重型數(shù)控鏜銑床; TK6920;主軸箱;液壓系統(tǒng); ; AMEsim Abstract II Abstract Heavy CNC floor type boring and milling machine analysis originated from the ,especially the United States, Germany and Japan on the CNC heavy machine research, design, production and application of the most advanced techniques, up to the experience of countries in the world the development of modern industry and the increased demand for heavyduty CNC milling machine performance requirements are also is one of the important parts of heavyduty CNC floor type boring and milling machine, which is affecting the entire structural design of the machine this paper, TK6920 large CNC boring and milling machine is designed for the study of their system is also a major part of the heavyduty CNC milling machine, at present, the main basis for the design of domestic design and analog design experience, and through prototype simulation discover and solve a waste of time and effort and a waste of resources, can find problems early in the design through the design and analysis of the hydraulic system, to solve the problem.
